the intel cpu & the motherboard are a waste of money really.

better off with a phenom.

even if you have 1066 a cheap AMD system with 800 will destroy it.

once you know whats inside them you would say to yourself why the fuck did i buy that.

intel do get better super pi times but that integer perfomance cant really be used.

its mostly float & memory float.

thats why you will see most online benchmarks use athlons becuase the perfomance is balanced.

get a q6600, they can go to 5.0GHz+ with water cooling, as for the motherboard 780i is a good mobo, if your on a budget get a 650i ultra sli

no quad can go to 5ghz, only pro overclockers with liquid nitrogen can do that. hell, not even a dual core can do 5 ghz.
