  • @warthog372

its a camera... it flatens everything out... you would have been behind me anyhow..

so you would never know... cuz i would have been there before you!

you would have been out of gas by then on top of behind me all day

    cheers

    Warts

  • lolz

  • what kind of helmet cam is that?

  • @xXxmysteryman360

its a samgsung sports camera with helmet cam... it didn't last long after the crash.

  • Lol the shaky camera made me genuinely angry haha :p Hope you're ok though!

  • @trices11

it had broken off my helmet and was dangiling about .... wish it was steady too

    would have been much funnier

    cheers

  • dam. i did the same thing but on my friends yamaha apex. to bad he didnt have insurnce.

i had to pay 12000 for the sled lol

  • I did something like that with my dads snowmobile, he just took the insurance off, i had to buy him a new muffler, hood, and windshield

  • @raceready111

OMG bro, so sorry to hear that... what was buddy thinking not having it insured ?

how did he even get it off the lot ?

    cheers

    Warts

  • slow the fuck down

  • wow thanks for the comment.

hardly believe you took the time to login for that.

    cheers

    Warts

  • @Wartsnuff426 once you start hiting the first couple of bumbs you should probably slow down

  • @McDonaldLogan

Agreed... Watch the video the first bump had me puckered...

i was in the AIR for most of the distance to the big bang that I couldnt ride out.

i am only maybe inches off the ground.... but brakes still no workie !!

good eye. first comment i have had on that point !

    cheers

    Warts

  • @Wartsnuff426 ahh i see that happend to me once but lukely the brakes did work and i didnt hit the bumb like that

  • HAH! Maybe you shouldn't be on a 1 ton four stroke.

  • Yea i am not sure any machine stock could have handled that.. the camera does it no justice.. it was a big drop..

I think now with my valving change's made the machine would fair much better..

as far as it being a piggy there is argument. but 1000 cat or doo are no lighter..

    cheers

    Wart

  • Whats weight have to do with this?

  • what does love got to do with it? got to do with it?

  • i fell sorry for ur sled man

  • was the guy sitting on the seat? I've watched it 5 times and can't figure out why a crash occurred from that little bump

  • this is one of those moments when your like oh shit and you know its gonna hurt...just gotta hold on and hope for the best

  • i feel your pain, this morning i rolled my new banshee end over end on a snowy road.

it only bent the brake handle and screwed up the keyswitch.

those yami's take it like a champ!

  • Glad to hear your ok and so is your machine :)

    cheers

  • if you watch the video again.. i am trying..

hit the first set of bumps and wanted to slow down .. but was in the air for most of it. no time to slow before the big set of bumps.

    cheers

  • oops hope you were ok...

i walked away without injury, so did the sled. other than the reverse level that broke off on my knee.

  • watch out for bumps on the trail, oops you figured it out...

  • dude u got fukin raped!

  • we had somthing like that in our trail system up in northern wisconsin it was a drop like 10 feet and if going more then bout 30 miles an hour you would launch and i saw my uncle hit it about 70 and his yamaha needed some repairs but the county got in truble cuz it was not marked and now that trail was closed and rerouted and he did not have to pay for it the club did

  • ahh natures way of saying "SLOW THE FUCK DOWN" ..I had a few close calls... but never flipped my sled... always learned to slow down afterwords tho.lol

  • was the sled ok?

  • Sled and myself were ok

broke the reverse level on my knee

    that was the only damage

  • yeah the same happened to me while i wuz fourweeling! hurts like a bitch doesnt it. man im srry were you ok afterwerds?

  • oh shit are you ok?

  • what happened to the sled? i couldn't see it after the crash

  • It looked like it hurt!! It's always better to land in the snow though!

  • Comment removed

  • ah ic ic, well i have always been a speedy driver... as long as there is no one in the way. :) cheers thanks for your comments

  • thats why i like snow

15,000km's are her now. still running strong.

  • lol 1:47 farting :)

  • hahahah thats pretty funny never listened to that. i always listen to me hitting the ground going ugggg

  • damm dude

  • bad ass video its crazy how you can be cruising along with no problems one second and then BAM your nose is up in the air about 5ft and your coming down sideways I hope you werent hurt to badly

  • Thanks. Thankfully we both me and machine walked away with little to no damage. :)

    cheers

  • caught up in the woops section....ouch

  • hey man that was crazy iv done smoething like that befor was it cause of the sun like and the brightness that u couldnt see it

  • i was doin about 80 mph to

  • glad to hear everyone is ok and the machine

  • i did the same exact thing on my pro x 800 and i had a girl ridin with me to did nothing to the sled or me or the girl

  • Gald to hear you all walked away

    thats always great news

  • what sled u on?

  • 2007 Apex RTX

  • did it get totaled?

  • pretty sure i did tumble with her before clearing the machine.

thankfully the snow was deep. :)

    cheers

  • wow, that was pretty intense! glad to see you and the sled are ok...

  • it was a railway bed that the trail was on. very late in the season and the permafrost was shifting and there was a parting in the land...

    cheers

  • Think the Problem was you were riding a Yamaha... They brag they are racing sleds outa the box yet at the Snowcross in Duluth last month Didn't see a single Yamaha Pro or Amature. Artic Cat or Ski-Doo the way to go

    XP

  • so one race and your convinced. that makes sense.

please don't be offended if i Don't take your advise.

  • i bet at 1:04 all he was thinking was "COCK SUCKER!"

  • hehe

that pretty funny.. probably close to true :)

  • sled ok?

  • broke the reverse level on my knee

no damage other than that and a bruise on my knee :)

    cheers

  • oooh, go a little faster next time.

  • hehe thanks i will try :)

  • NOO was the sled okay. were you okay

  • Sled was fine, broke the reverse level.

i was fine... sore in the morning. but otherwise fine!

    thanks :)

    cheers

  • Damn man Glad to see you could get up and walk away cause that hurt me just watchin it. And were you able to ride it back out of there?

  • hehe,

yup machine didn't run for about 10 minutes. the oil sensor was tripped.

but other than the reverse level breaking that was the only damage. and i was sore. but that it.

    cheers

  • guess your name says it all.

pretty sure no machine would have made it..

the camera does it no justice.. it was a little bigger than a bump!

  • haha your right there!

  • XD yeah it would have by the time he hitt the bump it would have been on fire

  • I'm fairly certain this is an 06-07 Yamaha Nytro.

  • whoops, the reply was on the next page so I didn't this that.

  • pretty sure that would have not made a difference. less speed would be the most correct answer. certinly not sled type. since i have been riding since 1978, all i drove was poo, just put to many miles on my machine to run a two smoker.

  • hahahah omg that was so funny the reson is because it happined to me like to times lol not i dont fell stupid

  • man, that wasn't even fair! I hate those dips. You just hit it like a wall and the thing launches up into the air in the not-so-cool way. Intense video though...

  • Thanks, it was like a wall thats for sure.

but all was ok in the end :)

  • so did you bottom out the front suspension when that happened?

  • well i didn't really bottom the suspension out..i have the fox floats they don't really bottom out... but what they did do. is over rebound. i have since had the revalved to stop this. but they flicked the machine way up. and i could not land strait.

    cheers

  • hehe, unexpected bumps are always fun ;P

  • bin there done that lol i did that on a lake

  • yea got away really lucky..

not sure if you are using the term ski doo, for a snowmobile, or if you think i am riding a skidoo, i am riding a 2007 apex RTX. if you are wondering!

  • had the trail been groomed you coulda sailed through for miles at over 100

  • well it had been groomed the night before

they just recieved 12" of fresh snow that night...

thankfully i think it helped for the softer landing :)

    thanks

    cheers

    Wart

  • how fast were you going when you crashed?

  • 50-60 mph i guess...

GPS siad top speed for the day 108mph and a moving ave. of 71 mph.... i was cliping along.. thankfully i saw the first dip so i was able to slow down a bit.

    cheers

  • what broke?

  • Reverse level on my knee.

thats all that broke. the video does not show but there was tons of snow.

    cheers

  • wait how would it work out u crashed

  • he didnt die

  • oooooooooo

    pading in my torso now

  • how fast were you going? that's nuts that you just walked away from that

  • Hey There, i would say 50-60mph... the GPS siad the top speed if i remember correctly of 108mph and the moving average was 71mph.

yea it was lucky to walk away i though too ;)

    thanks

    Cheers

  • man dat looked bad lol

y u leg it back 2 the machine? to see if it were broke, stop it from floodin ???

  • thankfully no harm done

the machine is fuel injected. flooding was not the reason.. just my reaction to the accident was to run to the machine ???

then i fall to my knees thinking i better make sure i am in one piece :)

    cheers

  • o ya i did these but it was a ditch i hit the sled fliped frontwords o it hurt to hit the road after that

  • Man, sorry to hear it.

i was lucky so was the machine. about 50 bucks damage.

    cheers

  • next time bring a buddy

  • broke the reverse level...

and thats about it, thankfully the snow was really deep.

  • not sure if i made a type

my moving average was 70.2mph ?? i think or close to it. can't remember anymore.

anyhow is this the typo you are refering to?

  • damn hell of a crash, were you alright after it?

  • yup pretty much walked away

the machine lost its reverse level.

    thats about it.

    thanks

    Cheers

  • thats a gnarly crash, your lucky your not broken :P the trails look sick up north... happy trails!

  • its a 07 Apex RTX

now with upgraded fox floats ;)

  • thanks guys, the machine and myself are as ready as one can be.... just need the cold/snow.. whoo hoo!
