Guh, I just want an isle seat when I go... ><; I'm still confused... What happens when you get on the plane? You're just...in section what throughw hat...and huh? ;-; Okay, I get the lineup part now...but on the plane, is it sectioned like that to? A 1-5 and you get to pick one of the five seats?
@shawn998424 Yeah at the same time as 135 other people, it's always a madhouse getting on a southwest plane. You can choose your seat on any other airline, only you do it right when you book your flight, and you are guaranteed your precious window or aisle seat regardless of when you check in or board the aircraft, unlike southwest.
If you get there and you are a C 60 then you have no choice on were you sit. If you are flying on a airline with the reglure way of booking then you can get in line real quick if you sit right next to the stand.
I took Southwest last summer from Salt Lake City to Seatte with a layover in Reno...It wasnt a very pleasant experience...because it was soo damn hot in SLC and the didnt have this new boarding procedure yet, everyone was complaining and sweaty...Like I said not a pleasant time...haha...I would have to say this looks a lot better!!!

I do have to say, that if Southwest had assigned seating they wouldn't have to worry about new boarding procedures.
