If you know the area you would know the asshole cops are tagging the cars at the bottom of a hill. It used to be an unwritten rule you don't set up a radar trap when cars are coming down or off any sort of incline. Pathetic. If you can't toll the road this is the next best thing.

@smrgeog Why is there so much of a negative stigma on police? They're only doing what they do to provide for their family and maintaining order. If your house gets broken into or you get ran over by a speeding car, you can go kick those pigs away.
