They don't make 200 million a year from touring, their tour grossed 200 million they might see 20% of that money, the rest goes to promoters, cash transport, security, stadiums, 100s of people working and building stages, promotion and all that. Jay-z takes 750k to a million per tour date, that's amongst the highest in the business probably top 5 together with His wife, The Boss, Madonna, Celine Dion being that u2 and rollingstones has to split theirs 4 ways.
