  • So much fun!! Thanks

  • carol kane at the end was an awesome suprise!!

  • It was 5 times he said has you wish! remember man the grand father said it? he is the same person you no

  • I thought the Kings final words were: Love her as I loved her and there will be joy. Can't watch it right now to verify.

  • 32 :D

  • That was frickin' awesome!!! Thanx!!! <3

  • This was just fun. I scored way to high. Seen it 100 or so times

  • Missed rubish and muck.

  • I loved it. Great entertainment and engagement. Bravo to your test!!!!!!!!!!

  • i love this!! :D good job

  • 21! I kinda failed it =/ oh well. I love this movie nonetheless! Don't hate me for not knowing Inigo's father's name, missing one of the inconceivables, not listing "rubbish" and "muck", and the number of others that I missed. I'm so ashamed :(

By the way, I love this quiz :)

  • Dude, I enjoyed this so yeah, thanks for creating it. The ending was GREAT!

    LIAR...LIAR...LIAR!!!

  • I...got them all. Sheesh, I think I've seen this movie too many times! My dog thinks I'm crazy, because I recited every scene that corresponded to the appropriate question before letting it play again, and then the scene played itself out. Very nice job, my friend.

  • 0:49 Did anyone else's heart just... stop?

  • @CuteShortyTitch

Yes. It's that specific part where I fell in love with Cary.

  • this is such a wonderful movie.

  • Got them all except "to the pain" -- very tricky! Great job, & loved the ending!

  • Brilliant!!

    :-D

  • haha!! this was great!! had fun with it

  • if you have seen this movie at lest 2 times anwars these queshion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please.

  • Woo, 27 points! I forgot about Bonetti's defense and missed one of Vizzini's inconceivables haha. Great quiz!

  • LIAR! LIAR! LOL thats funny. this was a fun Q&A.

  • i should have got them all right but you tricked me with the kings final words.lol o well. great video. cool idea

  • you spelt guilder wrong! don't forget the u

other than that, great vid :)

  • I didn't actually count what I got...XD

But it's a good video. And I did get the Dread Pirate Roberts lineage question right and I'm proud of that. XD

  • Well done!! Definitely the best movie of all time..

  • I got 27 points! YA!

  • That was great. Thanks!

  • yea a got 29!

and Lunarlilly is correct. in the dream sequence, Prince Humperdink does say, "My father's final words were: Love her as I loved her, and there will be joy." but he didn't acutally die. and he didn't die after he said "Won't that be nice. She kissed me!" he doesn't die at all in the movie or the book, except in Buttercup's dream. fyi

  • Answer to Question 14 is wrong The boy intrevents but then grandpa picks up with my fathers final words were "love her as I have loved her and there will be joy" so those are the "final" words. But still five stars joe!!!

  • but he never actually died because it was all in buttercup's dream so he didnt have any last words in the movie

  • I scored a 29!! The book is so much better than the movie, but I love the movie as well.

  • 27 woots I love this movie ^_^

  • wow not an easy test, especially if you watched the movie in another language ^_^

    nicely done, though

  • THE MOUSTASH GIVES HIM STRENGTH!!

  • Haha aced it. I love this movie and have seen it too many times! I even perfectly recited to the pain. I didnt even know i could do that..

  • 27

    I blame my sisters.

  • @chainreader As you wish.

  • Ooh I got 24 points! Not bad. I got "to the pain" mixed up but it said 5 pts to those who attempted lol

  • it's a great movie, but I think this is like, obsession!

  • u mised the spelling of guilder

    i only missed 3!!!!!!!!

    yay me!

one of the best movies and books ever!

read the book, i swear, good read. but read the "best parts" version by William Goldman, because they skip uninportant boring parts. like 66 pages of florinese history and 23 pages of some stupid bald princess packing her hats and clothes! thank god i didnt have to read that!!!!!!!

    thx william goldman :)

  • Yeah if you loved the movie, READ THE BOOK! Even better. And I'm not a reader or one of these people that always says, "The book is better." But the book has a lot more back storys on the character's childhoods and a longer ending. The movie leaves out 50%.

  • i kno how u told me 2 read the book, but news flash. I ALREADY HAVE!!!!!!

  • I know! I was agreeing with you and telling others more about the book.

  • @cms24748 One of the few movies wherein everything in the movie is found in the book. No Hollywood additions. and yes, the book has so much more!

  • Actually the "best parts" version is the only version that exists. Simon Morgenstern is a pen name used by William Goldman and added to this book to make it more interesting. (found this in his biography)

  • there is only the "Best Parts" version. S. Morgenstern does not exist. he makes up the intrusions. also, the biography at the beginning of William Goldman is fake too. his wife is NOT a psychiatrist

  • this was great!! i got all of them except for the one with the rocky terrain, and 5 of the one that the old woman calls her, and i know that the king didn't really die but i said "love her as i loved her and there will peace" i think thats what he said..this was a great quiz.. and the end was funny!

  • 22 :) nice quiz

  • Got them all this ois my favourite movie have watched it over 50times no lie I'm obsessed and an addict of this movie everyone who knows me well knows that

  • i was thinking about to put a fake score then that lady at the end yelled lier,

    too perfect.

    thanks, i got 15

  • that was so fun

i got all of them except for the defense on rocky terrain and all of the things that the lady called buttercup the queen of

the liar part at the end was funny =)

  • I had trouble with the amount of times the word "inconceivable" was said, and the lineage of the Dread Pirate Roberts. Also, I just said "Greenland" for the Fezzik question - does that count? Other than those, all my answers were right :)

  • LOVED IT! I got it all right except the two blunders!

  • I got 25 points! Thanks for the trivia game! Enjoyed it!

  • i quite enjoyed this :3

  • Love the ending...And if you got 30 or more: LIAR!

  • 29. God I'm a nerd.

  • You should do another trivia game like this, it was well put together.

  • 19 which i think is pretty good

    i'm watching the movies now

but its like way in the begining

    i didn't cheat

  • I lost track because I was laughing so hard. Great quiz! Great fun! Great job joewebb1!

  • I got 24. I was very upset with the ones I missed, because I knew I knew them but I couldn't come up with the answers.

  • 15 points. I think you've done a gr8 job. keep going!

  • Wow I got all 29 points... I was sitting here in my apartment quoting the entire movie to get the correct numbers, and my roommate was just laughing at me. This was very cute though. I enjoyed it a lot :-)

  • Great vid! I heard that the MLT scene was all improv by Billy Crystal. Probably one of the best scenes. I'M ON THE BRUTE SQUAD!!!!!

  • I got 26(:

    haha obsessive much?

  • the man in all black isss hotttttt.

    =]

  • ...Is it strange that I haven't seen the movie in a while, and yet I got every question right?

  • I have not seen it in like 2 years. And I got them all right. Have only seen in once too. LOve the movie

  • i didn't keep score, but i got most of them right. missed some of the big ones. this was great! do you have more like this? i must look to see. this was so much fun. and the video clips were wonderful.

  • Wait wait the prince says the father's final words were "Love her as I loved her." I know he didn't die, but still, shouldn't that be the answer? I'm sorry, I'm being picky...

  • On the 20th anniversary edition for the bloody States, is Cary Elwes on the behind the scenes bit on the special features? Bc only some of them are. Someone told me the guy who played Vizzini comments in this behind the scenes bit on the 2 disc/special edition version, but on mine he doesn't, and disappointingly, neither does Cary Elwes. Does anyone know where I can see the whole thing, then, with everyone commenting on it? PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

  • wat mutton

  • Goat. Like Corned mutton

  • I hadn't seen the movie in about a year, and found it on the related vids list :) 19. Inconceivable!

One day I will look that up in the dictionary ;)

  • i only got 3 :(

and i'm supposed to have seen it!

  • I didn't count up my points, but I think I missed 3 questions, I missed 2 of what the old lady called Buttercup...and a few others :) Awesome idea! I love this movie! Nice quiz!

  • LOL at the very end. That was fun! :D

  • This was not just an enjoyable triva session, but the coordination with the film was impressive. Thanks... I had fun.

  • LOL This was fun! But now I'm deeply ashamed... I just watched the movie this morning and I didn't have all of them right! :(

  • 27 out of 29, I lost two names The Ancient Booer called Buttercup :( (I had never counted the times Westley says his "as you wish" or Vizzini his "inconceivable", but all I had to do was picture the movie and "find them"... I'm inconceivably insane!)

Nice trivia game (great ending :P)... Only one thing: it's Guilder, not Gilder :P

robforgod, it's Agrippa (Inigo says "unless the enemy has studied his Agrippa), and before that, there's Capo Ferro and Thibault ;)

    Anybody want a peanut?

  • DUDE. I got 27 out of 29. INCONCEIVABLE!!!

(i missed the Dread Pirate Roberts' lineage, and the swordfighting question... I said Hisa Glippa - but that's the following line)

"So I thought, if we find da lady.. OH! Hello lady!" RIP Andre...

  • I can't believe I couldn't remember Ryan's name. /shame. Otherwise, 28/29. BTW: Well Done!

  • I believe I recieved a 26/29. Im going to go watch the movie.

  • I got 19, but I've only seen the movie twice.

  • Curses! I have only scored a 24 out of 29.... I'll have to go watch the movie now to memorize it completly.

  • i love the ending liar liar!

  • 29 this was awesome

  • Hmmm..... That was really good.

    I LOVE this movie.

I got 28 DRAT YOU STUPID BONETTI'S DEFENSE.

  • i got 28, like

    28

  • the end is so weird!! liar!!!! lolz gr8 game. i got all but one, that was how many times does vizzini say "inconcivable?" that was hard lolz

  • i have seen this waaaay too often (not that that's a bad thing). i did this with the sound down cause someone's sleeping, and i knew every word they were saying, whispering along with them. this is why i can't watch this movie around other people anymore!

great quiz vid by the way! thanks!

    ~

  • 29/29, I've seen this movie far too many times. 8D

  • ha ha this is a funny yet romantic movie. I haven't seen it in a long time. I just made a trivia game too.

  • Frikkin' Sweet! This is my fav. movie of all time! know it by heart...100% for me :) YAY!! even the trick question with the Kings final words..."She kissed me!" Love it

  • omg a perfect score!!! thats my favorite movie. this quiz rocked!

  • 27...I feel so ashamed. I should have gotten perfect. I must try harder in the future. I used to know the entire movie by heart!!!

As in, I would play the movie in my head when I was bored.

  • 100%! I don't know if I should be proud, or if I should get a life.

  • I CHALLENGE THEE TO A DUEL!!!!!!!

  • I you scored 30 or more...LIAR,LIAR!!!

  • Question two is wrong. Wesley says it later in the fire swamp whilst explaining the story of the Dread Pirate Roberts story to Buttercup.

  • antiprice is SOOOO right

  • I must be missing it. I finally had the chance to watch the whole Fire Swamp sequence again and I didn't catch it. What is the context?

  • aw man! that was sooo much fun! it really shows how much u know about this movie! i only got 21 points it was hard! but very fun! u should make another one!

  • lol i love the " if you scored 30points..." Liar liarrr!!!!! hahaha omg

    To blave...

  • I love this movie. I had no clue what Inigo's father's name was (considering i had watched the movie for two nights in a row prior to taking this quiz and now I feel like an idiot because it was so obvious). I'm surprised I remembered the technique question. I can't believe I remembered the "to the pain" quote, either. Great quiz! I enjoyed it! Missed only the one question, too. Keep it up!

  • WOOT 29!!!!!

  • I missed 2.5 questions, I was off by 1 on the first 2 and I missed a word on one of the quotes about to the pain

  • i lost with a zero nver saw movie u should make 1 for halo wen it comes out nxt year

  • Sigh, I lost to the trick question.. "My father's final words were..."

Love her, as I loved her. And there will be joy.

  • am I the only one whos memorized what "To the Pain" means?

  • nah, I memorized it, too.

  • LIAR! LIAR! Lol I love the end.

  • DRAT!!!!! I missed Indigo's father's name!!!

  • i totally got an A. i watch it like 2 or 3 times a week. its my fav...

  • I got 30.

    That was fun.

Q: what attacked Wesley in the Fireswamp?

    A: a midget in a R.O.U.S suit.

  • i think i've watched that movie too much,,, i got 29

  • This is so great, I actually got over half of the questions right! xD

  • I love that movie. :)

  • Ha ha, that was fun. Awesome!

  • The King DID have final words, according to the Prince: "Love her as I loved her".

But that was only a dream, so I guess you could say the real answer is "none".

  • Love her, as I loved her, and there will be joy.

Yeah, I'm that big a geek that I'll be a nazi about that quote.

  • you should do one for shrek too, or perhaps the monty python movies, it's all good stuff man, keep it up

  • dude......this is awesome!!! do an other one!!!!
