  • uuuh brilliant quality and nice woofer!

    Kepp it up.

    LG

  • wat is the song

  • looks nice. personally i dnt like home audio. maybe because i always blow it n stuff, i a car system in my home. its real nice and reliable. although i wouldnt mind using some home audio tower speakers for my mid bass.

  • Kman915 Home audio is good if you don't go wth crap like Sony HTIB's and Bose, go ONKYO amps and POLK or BOSTON ACOUSTIC Speaker

  • yeah i see what you mean.. but personally home audio is way overrated and dosent provide enough power, sound and bass for me. ive had soo many home audio systems and i was never satisfied. ive had polk, mtx, jvc, cyber acoustics etc.. idk abt u but i like the idea of having 2-3 12'' subs in a vented box with amps 500-1000 watts rms @ 2 - 1 - 0.5 ohms. i just love that thrill with booming low frequencies that car audio provides. but it all depends on ur system. car audio never failed me..

  • i'm not here to attack u,but u should start to expand your reference level in regards to audio and sound quality. Home audio always yields the best results, you mention you listen to vented box, this, of all the enclosure designs/types will always produce the weakest bass, vented/ported enclosures are just fart boxes man, they dont pound and they are all out of tune, try to learn/listen to many other enclosure designs and stay away from consumer electronics like you list as your current reference

  • @ KAISERKRUAUT ok first of all, this topic is old, 2nd wheres your proof? dude whens the last time you've been around any type of car audio setup than involved a vented or ported or sealed enclosure? and trust be ive had many different types of home audio setups ive basicly heard it all before. alot of home audio sounds great. but its just not for me, im an extreme listener. and i prefer car amps n woofers. maybe you need to listen and learn from both sides.

btw im sayin all home audio sucks

  • car audio is not hi fidelity, It is impossible to get a stereo image inside a vehichle. If u are 2 dense 2 take my adivce on home audio, then at least raise ur reference when it comes to enclosures, if I have to listen to car audio, the subs better be enclosed in a 4th order band pass a 7th order pass or a transmission line enclosure, not a vented box. A vented box is for little girls, just enough bottom end for them to think its bass, but a man should know better, ported boxes dont produce bass

  • @ KAISERKRAUT listen im not sayin im a professional in car audio but i think you should go ask some. and it isnt impossible to get a stereo image inside of a vehicle, im mean what are you talking abt? there are ways to get real sound out of car audio if you do it right. both vented and sealed produce good clean bass. and in the car audio world vented does produce ass, as well as sealed and there is Hi Fi car audio. go and ask a professional..

  • When you have a left speaker, most likely at ankle or knee level about 1 foot from your left ear and you have a right speaker at ankle or knee level 3 or 4 feet from your right ear.You Aint Gonna Get A Stereo Image.Imaging is not a part of car audio, its a part of High Fidelity which only home audio can produce.Cars vibrate, conduct resonanace, play havoc with directional frequencies and are not used for critical listening.

Based on the home brands u listed, I can see why u dont dig home audio.

  • @KAISERKRAUT Oh yes you are correct abt car audio being highly resonant. but i love it. just the clarity from the mid, highs and lows i cant help it i love to feel my music too, just as long as its loud and clear then im not complaining. but car audio can be Hi fi. it really depends.

so tell me, what are some home audio brands you would recommend??

  • big box...how many watts is it?
