@Zande19 Trying to balance two different tech skills is likely to make someone a bit less proficient at doing the right thing all the time. M2K said he wasn't going to play Melee anymore (guess that didn't last long) because trying to do both was making him worse at both, and he thought there was more money to be made in Brawl.

@DWiens421 I thought when you continue to do something you get better and better at it. If anything I believe its pressure or him being off and PeePee being really good. I understand what you're trying to say, but it should only take a few minutes to get back to the groove between games especially since they aren't that different from each other. Sure Melee requires faster movement than Brawl does. Didn't he win Brawl at that tournament, but placed 5th in Melee? That's really good.

I think the level of tech skill that the elite players have takes a hellacious amount of practice, and trying to be sharp with two different, but very similar games' tech skill is a bit outside the realm of possibility. He said it wears on both of his games, so he was going to quit Melee.
