as i rarely using western food ingredients, so could please tell me what is artichoke hearts ?

The only thing that sucks about these recipes is the fact that I don't have the resources to create them on my own yet. All I can do is watch and salvatate and groan as I realize I won't be able to eat this stuff today. Well, I guess I can look forward to a day I can eat these wonderful dishes you prepare!

Really? It seems to me like the artichokes only taste good because of the mayo,

lots of cheese. Are you sure that the artichokes really lend a taste some other vegetable (e.g. potatoes) cannot have?

I still like ur cooking videos even if it may not be my favourite food though. :D

@SuperKnowledgeSponge .. personally, I do think they bring something to this dish, adding potatoes would make it like a potato bake! The combination of all the flavours together, are really something else! You'll have to make it to find out! :)

They have a similar dip where I work that has spinach in it as well.You might try baked pita bread to dip with it.It's really good.
