This is the situation in all larger cities (and many smaller ones too) in EVERY western European city.

"Unsuccessful integration" is a massive understatement! These schools are a breeding ground for the new generation of terrorists. The teaching staff are helpless but one day the spineless government will be held accountable when prisons overflow and the streets are completely unsafe. Immigrant children hugely outnumber their own and will grow up illiterate with primitive instincts and no social graces as seen here. That is the least of it!

Adult Germans have very little dealings with foreigners (mainly Turks) and are not really aware of the day to day problems children have with them. German kids are being left alone with the problem. But one day these kids will retaliate. In 10 to 15 years they will use their vote for the "right" politicians.
