Ohhh, don't microwave your food in plastic! Glass only.. in fact, you should read 'master your metabolism' by jillian micheals to learn how things can impact your hormones and your weight loss.. Ditch all your Tupperware and use glass storage. :)

I am currently at the same weight you were when you started and have all of a sudden I have highpertension that is skyrocketing. My biggest problem with staying with this new lifestyle is portion sizing. I ahve been so used to eating xtra lage portions from childhood and even encouraged to eat second portions because i used to be a size 2 like 100 lbs from elementay school through highschool.
have already taken the road of weight loss.... i am feeling much happier even though the weight loss is currently not too high... but i am going to keep up the routine... the breakfast tips are helpful too....

Hi..I stumbled upon your video and thanks for being informatiive, truthful, and real. "MMM THOSE RASPBERRIES LOOK GOOD"...LOL. My problem is it seems so expensive to eat healthy. Now its time to take it to the next level and gain muscle.. As you know by training to add lean muscle You will gain some weight but it would only be muscle and you would still lose FAT.

Amy, I'm only saying this because I love you. Be careful of the microwave! Not only are you not supposed to be standing so close to it when it's running, but microwaves also zap nutritional value from your food. Try to use conventional heat when possible. You'll be healthier for it!

Whats wrong with having a banana? Its high in potassium and its good for you? I don't see any reason why eating a banana would hinder you during your weight loss journey.
I had a whole banana today. I had 1/2 before the gym and the other half after the gym. I just don't like going to the gym with anything heavy in my stomach.

I've done a 5k once. It was fun got a t-shirt for finishing it. It said ''I finished the 5k run" :) I like how you don't cut anything from your diet. I do the same thing too, only in moderation. And I love sugar in the raw so much better.

That is my breakfast too! Have you had steel cut oatmeal? It has more of a fuller bite to it and it tastes great!
Also, be careful microwaving plastic bowls, if it is plastic. That can be toxic too.

U know, I've been toying with the idea of losing weight. I would like to lose about 50 lbs and i just can't seem to find the motivation. I know i would be a lot more confident in all areas of my life if i did! What got you jump started to lose weight?

Whats wrong with having a banana? Its high in potassium and its good for you? I don't see any reason why eating a banana would hinder you during your weight loss journey.

I had a whole banana today. I had 1/2 before the gym and the other half after the gym. I just don't like going to the gym with anything heavy in my stomach.

I've done a 5k once. It was fun got a t-shirt for finishing it. It said ''I finished the 5k run" :) I like how you don't cut anything from your diet. I do the same thing too, only in moderation. And I love sugar in the raw so much better.
