  • I thank you soooo much for posting this video. I've been putting a lot of pressure on myself for "not jogging long enough or far enough or fast enough". I feel better now.   • I buy those same flax seeds! They actually taste really good ( they add a nutty flavor to your food).

  • My 10YO son has been having lessons on healthy eating at school from a Govt. organisation- encouraging the kids to eat more fruit & veg etc. All good stuff.

    However, one guy came in the other day & announced that he would “display the disgusting fast-food filth” he had eaten earlier in the day. He rammed his fingers down his throat & puked all over the front desks, splattering several pupils- who then vomited themselves in response. The teacher led him firmly away & he’s not returned since…

  • Ohhh, don't microwave your food in plastic! Glass only.. in fact, you should read 'master your metabolism' by jillian micheals to learn how things can impact your hormones and your weight loss.. Ditch all your Tupperware and use glass storage. :)

  • Thanks for your video, I am starting on a healthier lifestyle and appreciate your real video. I am currently at the same weight you were when you started and have all of a sudden I have highpertension that is skyrocketing. My biggest problem with staying with this new lifestyle is portion sizing. I ahve been so used to eating xtra lage portions from childhood and even encouraged to eat second portions because i used to be a size 2 like 100 lbs from elementay school through highschool.

  • Id like to point a few things out...1: Microwave, extremely bad...You could have done it on the stove and been done eating by the time the video finished. 2: Im sure the vanilla flavouring you mentioned contains vast amounts of artificial flavouring and sugar. 3: Any grains must be soaked before consumption. Im not going to give a detailed lecture but just look up Phytic Acid.

    Your heart is in the right place but the execution needs work.

  • Sugar in the raw form is still white sugar. Its dyed to look like that.

  • Nothing really impresses me as a person but I am impressed! I'm not talking about the weight loss per se, i am talking about the your Nurtirion which is the key to weight loss. Now its time to take it to the next level and gain muscle.. As you know by training to add lean muscle You will gain some weight but it would only be muscle and you would still lose FAT.

    Skip the high rep light weight workouts if its what you are doing and go heavy with 8 reps

  • Amy, I'm only saying this because I love you. Be careful of the microwave! Not only are you not supposed to be standing so close to it when it's running, but microwaves also zap nutritional value from your food. Try to use conventional heat when possible. You'll be healthier for it!

  • @shadowlita lol a microwave is only dangerous if you have the door open while its running and you stand there for a few years. It gives out as much radiation as a laser pen. Facts before you speak.

  • @KALfilms Show me a microwave that can operate with it's door open (it's a federal regulation-- I wonder why?). Common sense before you speak.

  • That is my breakfast too! Have you had steel cut oatmeal? It has more of a fuller bite to it and it tastes great!

    Also, be careful microwaving plastic bowls, if it is plastic. That can be toxic too.

  • I've done a 5k once. It was fun got a t-shirt for finishing it. It said ''I finished the 5k run" :) I like how you don't cut anything from your diet. I do the same thing too, only in moderation. And I love sugar in the raw so much better.
