Water, fire and himalayan crystal salt lamps increase negative ions and clear the air. So I am just wondering about the gold, silver and other metals in this product. i am very attracted to anything billing itself as "manna" , but what concerns me is the little I know about how some minerals like zinc and copper, need to be in a certain balance or things like copper can build-up in the system ( heart issues, depression,whatever).
