@StrangeloveBong13 Well, in this case the voice isn‘t artificial but a recording of an human voice. There might be other stations that use artificial voices though.
Keep in mind: This is a fictional film. I know that – even if the station uses a human voice – there is no one sitting there and reading them. ;) You can find recordings of actual machines used to transmit the numbers here on YouTube btw if you are interested.

but, the numbers are artificial voices, it's not human sounds
