  • Amazing

  • Wow, holy shit. That is awesome, this is the future

  • It started off so subtle but got more and more jaw dropping. At the book my head just exploded

  • GET TO THE CHOPPA!

  • 6:43 - Hey, they are developing the Shinigamy's Eyes!!!!!!

  • She sounds like a female Arnold Schwarzenneger

  • Thumbs up for that hand phone call.

  • ammazing technology

  • wow thats unbelevable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 400 that is crazy

  • THE FUCK........?

  • why do they laugh whne every she says somehting kinda cool??? I WANT ONE

  • because people are ganna want to have random colors on there hand............why dont they make a lightsaber already

  • hey is this not like the film limitless??? :)

  • fuck that ill just use my phone

  • Really good concept, way more practical than Microsoft Surface and all smatphones today, and with the help of powerful search engines, text and image recognition it could work tomorrow if we wanted to.

Out of the box thinking is the only way to evolve.

  • he looks like a fag wearing that crap. thumbs up

  • We already have a sixth sense. It's called the third eye. Why don't we first learn to use that first? We can access the noosphere (mass mind) with it. No smartphone can triumph that. We are psychic beings. We've just forgotten it. Instead, people want to turn to machines (and so keep giving their freedoms away) for a chance to once again feel powerful.

  • @nielss4 How about both? ;) Sixth AND seventh sense. I'm not sure I agree that using machines to one's advantage takes away their freedom.

  • @Bobstew68 True true. These technologies do increase your freedom, but this is only at first glance. At second glance you'll see that the company/government behind these technologies could in fact also use them to make us easier to control, as nobody knows the tracking applications of these machines. Compare it to the branding/chipping of herd animals by a farmer. It's sacrificing one kind of freedom for another one. The problem is that eventually it will not be a choice anymore.

  • @nielss4 I agree very much that we should worry about this, but instead of banning the technology out of fear, how about we act now to develop proper ethical guidelines? Because the technology will come, but we need to meet it with our rules for its usage rather than cower from it until it comes. And we ought not to be so pessimistic towards government, because it is the best way we have of enforcing proper ethical guidelines that would otherwise be squandered by the free market, [1/2]

  • @Bobstew68 We do not live in democracies, we live in aristocracies under the guise of democracies. Watch John Harris - It's an Illusion : /watch?v=V0IM7Hobd_k . Also watch : /watch?v=T28RXJRFlEI&feature=relmfu PS: I'm not against technology in any way. It's just not in the right hands right now. [2/2]

  • @nielss4 where everyone is out for themselves. That's the task of a government, anyway: To be a body that has the power to protect our values from the natural, selfish forces that would otherwise rule societies. If a government is selfish (how, exactly?) or otherwise doesn't do what it's supposed to, then it needs to be changed. [2/2]

  • @Bobstew68 All governments of the world as they are right now, are really nothing more than the heads of gigantic corporations also known as 'states'. And the CEO's of these state corporations (monarchs, ministers, politicians...) primary purpose is to increase and ensure their wealth, not ours. Therefore, more control over us is always in their best interest. Although they sometimes have to give us the illusion that we are taken care off, and that we are in control (voting anyone?). [1/2]

  • can somebody tell me where can i get one of those or the name at least?

    thankkss

    its amazing!

  • Ratchet and Clank did it first ...

  • lol, i was once dreaming of somthing like this...i called it the imate brain implant...MY DREAMS ARE REALITY NOW!!! WOOOHOOO, YEA!

  • Amazing..But will it kill the demand for many gadgets, eg. watches, cell phones, etc.?

I suppose, ultimately it will save the Earth.

Also, can our antique brains cope with the amount of info bombarding us? We will see.

  • @baroneska100 it might surprise you that our brains although being a few million years old, it's not that weak. It is way more powerful than any today's supercomputer, it just works differently. And you can only use a few % of it's capacity at any given time.

  • just show the invention!

  • If you've all paid attention, at the very end she mentions their goal of making it into a brain implant. Bravo! I must admit I did'nt pay attention till the end myself until now.. Considering we're using so little of our own brain capacities( ever wonder about that?) and looking at the general reaction and comments, it is NOT getting any better. Indeed, a couple more devices in your heads is what you need...at a bargain price, of course!

  • Fantastic... large scale this NOW

  • Comment removed

  • @benoitrobert63 The Churches do that too. With selling bibles, etc etc.

  • @DanielAvilaAGT I agree with you on that one also.I'm not a fan of religions.Awareness is not limited to one particular topic.. religions have also impaired us in some ways...However, the ones that do spy on you when you shop or walk down the city streets, travel, talk on your cell, chat on your blacberry, twitter, text msg, GPS and that can track you at all times using the same devices they sold YOU in your face with such complaisance aren't your corner priests...(maybe you wished)! lol....

  • Comment removed

  • I find it absolutely ingenious! However, my main concern is that no technologies in the universe can be as accurate as your real "sixth sense".The coincidence with the present global enlightment (knowledge) wich comes from within and the presentation of a device pretending to replace the better gift you've ever had is a bit eerie to me. The fact that we already totally depend on technologies( in our society) we can't individually replicate by ourselves(most of us) is troubling. Freedom is safer

  • AWWWW SOME!!! :D

  • ridiculous ! this costs a fortune to buy.

the tshirt guy is not controvesial but funny.

  • @apostolisxa No you didn't understand correctly. She said that the prototypes that she made to create this was in total 300$ BUT the final version will be light weight and cost as much as buying a phone into days world. this is from early 2009. It's almost 2011. It's only a prototype so as technology advances.. it will only get better. she said in about 10 years that looks to be as 2019. (8 years to go or less)

  • Did she just say...."brain implant" at the end? Hell no....I do not want to be a friggin' cyborg....

  • In a world where the very fabric of our society is changing at an exponential rate this technology has extreme possibilities and potential.

Save time, Save Money, Have Fun. This is not nearly ready for commercial production in design or performance, but the features are there ready and waiting.

  • @uniflare Very true. :D

  • People are getting too smart, haha

  • Sixth Sense Expected by 2019 or so

  • @vickywm33 Commercial wise to the public yes. But these things have been in use along time. so have Holograms since the upper 1980s. There a video on here a demonstration from 1988

  • Wow she is too lazy to put her hands in her pocket for a phone.

Not only that she has someone else make her invention for her.

She should just sit in a chair and feed using a tube in her mouth

and live in a virtual world where everything is easy and no one has

    to earn their life.

  • @ollieoniel lol get over yourself, have you ever rode in a car? if so, then your lazy!

  • @boboyt5 If i could i wouldn't use a car as a means of transport but still i should make more of an effort your right about that. The thing that iam saying is that she is aiming to make people more lazy not better them.

  • @ollieoniel Wow. You are so lazy, instead of driving, why don't you walk to the next city. get my point?

  • @DanielAvilaAGT Yeah i think everyone gets your point. Its still bares no relavence to why we should need technology to do everything for us tell me do you need a robot to scratch your nose for you? Whats worse is all these salf indulgent inventors should be doing something good with their mind.

  • @ollieoniel Well there's robots all around us. just not in the form of a human form.

What your using right now is a robot. Your getting information when you want the lates news. (why not wait for the news paper to be delivered to you in a week) The Electronic doors at the mall, or food place it's robot too. you can't access the place with out it being opened. the car is a robot too. Can't be turned on with out a key and it requires a person. it's all practical stuff that requires us to move.

  • @ollieoniel Unless your paralyzed there's a mind set out there that controls houshold electronic devices with the thought of mind while wearing the head set. (it's very expensive at the moment) it's a prototype i think. Anyways, it requires thought. FYI. all this technology benefits each individual to their liking and i like technology when it's implicated and distributed to people with disabilities. such as Self electronic laced shoes. Like in Back to the Future. Can send u the video if u want

  • @DanielAvilaAGT I am a fan of some technology but I am not a fan of the stuff that replaces the human spirit. Who people are are not based on what they indulge in but what they give to this world. Anyway thanks for the link it's quite interesting.

  • I mean, what's the point of this technology? ALL that it's going to do is making us lazier and fatter. Trust me, if this stupid worthless technology comes out all it will make us is fatter and lazier and we will do less sport and just love the REAL LIFE less. plus, I hear that doctors say it's not healthy to be in a computer for too long, get the point?...

  • @anatyefet12 i thought it was cool, but i get your point.

  • @anatyefet12 So then what's the point of cars being invented??? Im sure back when they were invented yu would say, "this is gonna make us fat and lazy!!! " well sweetie. Go back to the 1800s if you don't like 2010. Im guessing you still press the button on the tv, right?? Im sure instead of calling someone by phone you walk aaaaalllllll the way into twenty something blocks to see what they are doing or invite them over for dinner. Do you? i think not!

  • @DanielAvilaAGT ur stupid :)! and let me tell u why... HOW THE HECKKK CAN U CAMPARE CARSS WITH THISS??????

  • Completly worthless, I never came to som1 I know and told him "hey! I want to google you!", or googled Wich towel is more achologecaly whatever, I can just ask som1 witking there lol. so stupid.... This is only good for fucking lazy people who don't got power to do a thing that takes 1 minuet or less. Just worthless.

  • @anatyefet12 You can ask people??? people aren't always accurate when you ask them how the weather is etc.. this is very practical and your assumption that it will make us lazy and fat. Please elaborate.

  • @DanielAvilaAGT lol, dont take everything people say so seriously and to the heart... i dont have to "elaborate" anything to u. u can either agree with me, or u wont. but dont judge me...

  • @anatyefet12 And yu did to me? yu called me "stupid" i rest my case. and i don't agree with you. now go wear your tutu. I'm only 19 and have more brains than yu

  • that is coolasfuck

  • 10 years, reasonable long enough

  • will not be accurate and based on 2d processing, bad image, you want it? no

  • this "projection" shit wont work in well-lit, bright, sunny environments, gotta go to the nearest bathroom stall and kill the lights, to see if youve got any eharmony views online, while your taking a shit... ...thank you ill be here all week..

  • fail.

  • don't wanna be a robot :S

  • talk about poking someone on facebook in real life!

  • This will be a great tool for Big Brother. If we were truly free in the world this would be great tech but not in todays world.

  • @HollaAtYoBoyz Yeah it's nice to know that the device is linked to a sound recorder, a camera, to your phone so bluetooth and wireless, nice to know big brother can watch, see and hear everything from your point of view

  • this will be cool.

i can imagine this being used in glasses with the projector at the side or in blue-tooth like headsets!

  • 350?350?350?350 here gimmie one

  • THIS IS SO FINGiNG BRUTALLY COOOOOOOOOOOOL AMAZING INCREDIBLE ALL PROPS TO THE INVENTOR !!!!!!!!!!! %¤#"!&%" DAMN!!

  • There is no shadow from his hands on the wall where the "projector" is shingin on the wall.

  • use natural gestures? these gestures aren't natural at all

  • Finnaly, future technology that isn't promising us to be god... I can see a few flaws with this, but only those that expected from a prototype... I say good on you, and hope you get funding or something for this research to continue for us to see its result :)

  • To whom it may concern,

Yes! This shit is real a fuck! Although this may seem like a great plan, there are many problems with it. I'm sure recognition of the hand sucks, along with battery life and processing. But yes, this will be availible to the public in multiple years.

  • multiple years huh

  • @2BeeR3al multiple years lol

  • That's funny

  • man that shits fucking crazy i swear to you if this is real and it works everybody will buy it and then 5 years after that it'll be even smaller and we'll back and be like damn that shit was big as fuck...remember ipods and cellphones

  • The way that the croud was laughing all the time id say it was fake and it isnt on the markets

  • i had to watch with no sound what is this product caled?

  • i am thinkng like this to make hover cars...........u take magnets under the streets and set magnets as wheels to cars or whatever it is and air blower (a very strong) as speed thing genius is nt it

  • Are you sure you've thought that one through enough?

  • the sad thing is, i have researched toliet paper on my cell phone while standing in the isle.

  • out of everything that can be in a supermarket she talks bout toilet paper ...well at the start

  • very cool

  • Go Pranab...India is proud of you

  • Sweet. I knew they would invent some universal surface information thing, but not the watch and phone thingie. I'd buy it if it doesn't go over 350 bucks

  • can she not say "s" its so freakkn disturbing!!

  • i can cheat on my exams

  • sexy voice,,

  • etcetera, etcetera, etcetera damn she loves that word

  • and who really cares what toilet paper to choose.... and if you need to google people you have a problem... aaaand yes we have easy information to just about everything

  • exactly!

  • so its basically a phone your a wall but it takes more space than your phone.....stupid

    oh and it doesnt call

  • so its basically a phone your a wall but it takes more space than your phone.....stupid

    oh and it doesnt call

  • iphone!

  • She's like a pit of snakes...

  • It's so painful to hear her say 's'

  • its killing me

  • i love you idiots, these comments is the best thing internet ever had, you can actually see who are all those idiot who make this world suck.

this is a technology presentation, not te product. The idea an concept of integration is amazing, this is what future personal pc/tel/organizer/databank will be - cant wait future :)

  • @hrbatskasad

"i love you idiots, these comments is the best thing internet ever had, you can actually see who are all those idiot who make this world suck"

when insulting random people on the internet it behooves you to use improper grammar as it shows your own intellect in an unsightly light.

Furthermore, those who say it's impractical have as valid an opinion as you do as that is all it is - an opinion.

Thanks for participating. Next time try some tact.

  • you felt called in my comment? hey its your own oppinion youre an idiot, im just drawing conclusions for myself :) ah yes - tact? for who? bunches of retards whose only happines in life is to downgrade and insult other peoples efforts, no thanks, i have a better world in mind.

  • @hrvatskasad

"you felt called in my comment?"

-hardly, i was sure you were better than that. Now look most of your words are spelled correctly!

    ""for who?...retards who...downgrade and insult"

-hm... I was observing the exact same behavior from you, thus prompting my first response and second.

paraphrased:if you insult random online intellect you should at least make complete sentences.

"I have a better world in mind."

    -by all means, GO.

    Happy Holidays!

p.s. firefox has built in spell check.

  • 1. english is not my native thongue

    2. i use wireless keyb so its normal to miss a few letters when typing fast

    3. i dont give a fuck if i misspell something, most of you english/americans dont even know your own language but I should make an effort, for who?!?!?

tillo you know its not the same, insulting somebody who deserved it or insulting someone back for insults they made before. If you bothered to understand what i wrote as you were bothered with my spelling you would get that in first

  • say what you want, all you did was insult random people online that did exactly the same thing as you did - voice an opinion.

"insulting somebody who deserved it or insulting someone back for insults they made before"

-insulting on the internet does nothing for anyone. It only reflects your inability to cope with another's opinion. You didn't have a point in your first post except that everyone that didn't agree with you were idiots.

It's like saying "your dumb" instead of "you're dumb".

  • BEND IT BABY :)) no youre not right, i said ppl throwing negative comments on something that is not a product, but an idea of few technologies merging together is idiotic, ppl like that, and then you fall in like a dumb bomb and say i should not insult idiots this is just a circle you idiots love so much so ill leave you to it. My comment was made in first one and all this after it is you being dumb and trying to get me on your base lvl, not gonna happen, enjoy it. Smart person over and out :)

  • this argument is rediculous!! i agree with you, hrvatskasad....people are so eager to "bash" this as a product but do not understand just how amazing this concept is technologically.....and as for the grammar/spelling crap....you're fine. this is youtube. seriously. some other people on this thing are far too pompus (i.e. tilo) .....that person has no tact...=))

any way, I loved your initial comment and am sad that you were attacked for making a very important point.

  • ;) thank you very much, as you can presume its nothing new and i sometimes wonder at myself why do I even bother anymore :) im 29 years old, you'd think id let it be by now but... no i still want to put idiots where they belong :)

Some people just cant have that outside box thinking, and sadly, living in transitional country i can say first hand - its the capitalism and consumerism. I lived in a much smarter country 20 years ago.

  • if you dont like our language or us, then don't use it. You're being a bitch. Go back to your third world country and complain about your problems there. We don't want an immature foreign fag here telling what we can or cannot do with our language.

  • idiot, read the whole argument, then comment this way you only show how dumb you are

  • Will NOT catch on. Not very practical

  • Thanks but I dont use a toilet paper... I use soap and water, always.

  • then make a better one

  • @Dinuka81

I dont need to make useless peices of shit. Sorry.

  • LOL... get a life

  • Moron.

  • haha. You think you know. But you don't. That's why you're 16.

Go make one yourself. Tell me how easy it is.

  • @Kaywire we are waiting for your "better one" ;)

  • @Kaywire agree'd

  • @Kaywire Man you don't listen. She even said it her self " I'm actually wearing the device right now, we sort of cobbled it together with components that are off the shelf" Which she even says it cost 350.00 for all of it. Of course you can make one. The point is the time and effort to make the final model Which she even says are in progress. They are trying to combine all those products into one. Make it better. The time and effort shows. It takes time to program action and react.

  • Your what? 17? I don't think you can do that.

  • if its bright u wont see the screen thingy will you...thats the lame part about it

  • @riflemanftw The release is 2019. By then im sure it will be more fashionable and will be much better. You'll have the ability to make it soft to bright in sun

  • how can it sense those stuff? it's hard to believe it does what she says it does

  • awesomeness

  • do it on a street in a bad neighborhood, gang members think your throwing gang signs, whoop your ass and take your device! lol j/k

  • that's just awsome

  • vauuu

  • Imagine our new generation how advance they will be with portable projectors and now this this is amazing!!!!

  • why is she crying?

  • LOL XD you wud look like a loon if someone saw you dialing a number on your hand, on the bus with a mate "hang on im just gonna call someone" starts tapping parts of his hand then looks up and realises his friend moved down the bus XD hahah

  • how is this possible

  • i wonder if this thing would work when people are going to be giving tests or giving exams.

    Sick invention to have.
