i was in this pub, some ghostly happenings happened to me, i heard a laughing in my ear, i came home, searched this, now it wasnt just me that heard it, i was so scared.
Visited this pub a couple of years back when I was in CAMRA. Really atmospheric pub. I had several pints of Hobgoblin draught which was lovely. Could have stopped there all night.

I took 2 photos of the Most Haunted brass plaque in an otherwise empty entrance hall, one when I was leaving the pub, and one going in. The photo I took going out of the pub just showed the plaque, but the photo I took going in had a row of grinning ghostly skulls along the top!! I believed in ghosts after that!
In these early episodes of season 6, just looking at Yevettes face shows exactly what she is feeling inside. It looks like she's sick and tired of hearing from Derek - just dazing into space as he speaks, and adding a few acknowledgements here and there.
Watch her reactions when Derek leaves during this season and David Wells takes the reigns as the newly installed psychic. It's like a breath of fresh air!

I payed for my mother and farther to stop at the golden fleece for mothers day! they herd foot steps about 12.10am but thats all, and they say its very spooky. I want to goto stop the night in the not too distant ...
we were in there in february down in the back room, while we didn't see anything, we thought we felt a cat or dog brushing against our legs on two occasions. We tried to photograph various places, like the hallway but nothing came up. Don't know how much of it was in our minds but it is a very spooky place.
I lived here for 12 years...my mum and dad owned the pub for 21 years.....I have seen nearly all the ghosts at the pub, used to see the on a daily basis and things would happen everyday like things moving, voices, seeing ghosts.
i stayed in the minster room after doing a ghost night there it was ace, would recommend everyone go there for a ghost night and sit in the bath tub in the minsters room, when i did we had loads of stuff happen to us xxxxxx
I think I remember Ciaran's official title at the beginning of his MH career as Parapsychologist, Lecturer and I can see why. His voice is so soothing for some odd reason... Very eloquent.

The show concept, the scriptwriter, even some of the crew may be ridiculous, but i can't resist the guided tour of a stately home or ancient castle and history lesson each episode - 4get abt the ghosts, and the phantoms of the crew's suggestible imaginations. I'm an Australian starved to see such magnificent places and architecture. Oz is a huge big island but no palaces and very few white ghosts. Aborigine spirits yes...
