That's a trip. Very cool. I've been quoted in articles as saying my early 90's photo mosaics started off in a Chuck Close idiom. I wonder if he's talking in part about me. :D

Oh god. I just read how he shut down the site. That means that Close, who previously impressed me a great deal, has been taken down a notch. He's joined the rank of fuddy-duddy internet dinosaurs who do not understand the power of over a billion connected nor the power of attention. Copyright is archaic.
