  • @playboyx85 I think he means cardio won't help you lose fat while retaining and increasing muscle mass. You are bound to lose some muscle as a result of too much cardio that is why it isn't recommended for serious bodybuilders

  • You burn fat by doing cardio. Look at those guys that run Marathons at the Olympics, they practically have zero % body fat and little muscle. Any movement that requires energy burns fat. Walking Jogging, weight training, etc.

    Some soccer players are also a good of example of people who do little weight training and a lot of cardio yet they have no body fat

  • In that case im guessing full body workouts would be idea for building muscle and burning fat as my FB workout has no isolation exercises?

  • Burst training will help loose weight and it only take 15-20 minutes after your workout.

  • hey, i love your videos, but they contridict other videos on here where fitness instructors say that you cant do both at the same time. im sure its not true since i hear that you can (especially men) at the same time. is it anyway possible that you can do a full review of best (cheap or affordable) suppliments and workouts to do to do boths? im looking for extensive workout. not just a few excersises!
