I was in CAS and Group homes were hell but my foster home was good and I had very good foster parents that I am very gratefull for. They had one of the childern from the blackstock cases with them before me. The Group homes are full of corruption and abuse from racism "Black staff called the kids honkey and white trash and nazis but my friend said "nigger" and got arrested all the staff were black and of corse when they called the cops two black cops showed up and arrested him and broke his nose

The Auditor General Report of millions mispent, while the agencies cry for more money and the inquest into Dr. Smith say it all.
With the number of children being abused, raped and murdered in care it's no wonder the system is in defense mode and refuses oversight or investigation.
