lol I used virtual box with windows xp and used 10 minute emails to get 8 gb extra in dropbox for free :P just everytime you invite your virtualbox computer to dropbox you change the name and mac address and make a new account (it does take about 10 minutes per account but you'll get free bonus space =D)

This works great. We used it for online game server tools. Our game server uses Gaurdian (admin tool) so the settings dont get messed up any mamber that has gaurdian can just click the load EXE icon shortcut on your desktop then if anything has changed my another member its not wiped away because we are all singing from the same sheet. Though I don't have Thunderbird installed so I can't look for it myself, I do know that you can just get a portable version of Thunderbird from portableapps[dot]com and just put the whole program on Dropbox. From my experience, I haven't noticed any performance issues with portable apps, though they can't set themselves as default anything, so mailto: and such won't work automatically.

@neerdy5 He uses after effects, which as you see all the editing, that's very extreme. I'm not even that good, and if I were to try, it would take me over a week. It also takes patience once you have a lot because it takes longer to load.

I am unsure if you covered the following yet. Map Windows Live - Skydrive as a network drive for easy access and use. Also, Skydrive offers 23 GB more free space than Dropbox. I only encountered a few issues. Perhaps you could also cover shared network resources, I might post a vid on that soon...

@granduser1000 skydrive is a really nice thing but you can only store 50 mbs per time, dont know if there is a limit on dropbox but it. but 50 mb is not really much if it is about games and things
