  • The people posting rude comments also need to understand that this isn't just for people who use hoops for exercising, but for hoopers as well. Personally I believe she is right, some people don't realize that their hands are in an awkward "derp" stance.

  • there is something terribly hot about this...

  • como ase

  • What stores sell adult size hoops? I am having a lot of difficulty keeping up the hoop that I have. Admittedly, I am a beginner so I do not expect to hoop for 10 mins straight but its getting a little frustrating.

  • What are the size and weight? for an adult?

  • Measure from the floor to just an inch or two above your belly button, and that is a good size for your hoop. Bigger is better for beginners... 40 inches is often a good beginner size, depending on your height. 1.5 to 2 pounds is a decent weight, but you can get heavier ones if your goal is simply to burn more calories rather than learn tricks and dance moves.

  • now now your keyboard is full of drool

  • I thought all of the tutorials were very helpful to a beginner. Thanks so much. All of you who have nothing nice to say, just move on!!

  • @Hiness58 Yeah, right? :D I don't think I'd have gotten anywhere without these videos.

  • milabros, its definatly your hoop. You need an adult sized hoop. They are larger and usually much heavier than kids ones. I had a rubbish hoop before and couldnt even keep it up for 20 seconds. Now i bought an adult hoop and it was so much easier, within about 5 minutes i could keep the hoop going for about 10 minutes without it falling.

  • I have a question.. is the size of the hula hoop important? because I have a small one, it´s not as big as the one in the video, and probably that´s why I can´t do it, o maybe I´m just horrible at hula hooping

  • That is my sister and actually, She is one of the baddest hoopers out there... this is a tutorial, not a rock out session:) Be nice now... :) Sending you good energy!

  • Her arms are long! I didn't really like this tutiorial though! I LOVE THE OTHERS :)

  • I love your lessons, they are unique, you look GREAT, your arms are beautiful and elegant. Hard dance, soft dance? What does it matter so long as you dance! Hula promotes individuality, I'll never hate only celebrate, especially those who take the time to share their knowledge when they don't have to and for FREE! Thank you hula lady!

  • That's a very unkind comment, what is the purpose of it? It's very rude, perhaps you're a lovely person but it's hard to tell when you post a comment like this.

  • hooping is good for you

  • Huge? In your opinion maybe, what difference does it make anyway? We're all deliciously different in body shapes, how boring it will be, in my opinion, if we all had arms the way you wanted them.

  • I don't know if you are trying too hard but first you need to stop swaying back and fourth so much it is too much movement and your special hand movements makes it look like you're trying to hard to dance.

  • she's great! thanks for your lesson :*

  • lol i gotta say it looks kinda funneh when she does those "special" hand movements
