ABRSM - Grade 1 Piano exam (complete)

so is this set for all ABRSM exams for grade one?I understand that the pieces may be a little different but are the scales the same?

@Renneskid I believe you can make a few mistakes but do note that marks might be reducted - say a really big obvious mistake :).

Grade 1 exam on Tuesday...I'm not too scared, but still don't know how to be sure that a piece is in 2 or 3 time when the examiner is playing it!

@fwuffleclouds15 Examiners normally stress the first beat of the bar to help you, so just clap along and count how many claps between strong beats. And if you're not sure, just guess! You have a 50% chance of being right. Good luck :)

I've got my Grade 1 piano exam in December...lol I'm 15 so I can imagine my examiner won't be as kind to me as this one is to this girl...that and they're probably all evil apart from this one because he's getting filmed. :P

I'm 15 and have just recently started playing and will be preparing for my Grade 1 exam soon...I'm alright with recalling notes back but I get so nervous, I'll probably screw up! My hands will be so shaky too, ohmygosh. Does anyone know how the exam woll be graded and what mistakes, if any, you can make and still pass with a distinction?

sounds like harmonic minor not natural minor to me?? the key of A minor should contain no sharps or flats as its the relative minor of C major...harmonic minor uses the major 7th as in this example? is piano different to guitar? is the harmonic reffered to simply as minor?
