You can type physcannon_mega_enabled 1 to get the Super Gravity Gun.

If you don't know how to bring up the console you are a complete noob on every Valve game you just go to options Keyboard advanced then do the last one (I forgot what it said) then when you are playing press ` (or) ~ (or) the button to the left of the 1 (NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOBS)

you can do this easily without going to the level with the blue gravity gun, just type physcannon_mega enabled 1 or i think it is physcannon_megacannon 1, but thats a easyier way
