I think all the cast members of Whose Line are amazing, but after seeing this I think Jeff might be what you'd call the most "intelligent" one. Not necessarily the funniest (although he's extremely funny Ryan, Colin, and Wayne are still the regulars on the show), but definitely well-rounded. He can sing about as well as Wayne and can keep up with the other two in terms of cleverness. And he doesn't have to pretend to speak Spanish. He can actually do it! xD
