Game is glitched, i cant get the last set of ingots cuz i keep falling through the roof of the mill.

i used the auto axe and kept falling through the map though somehow i survived every time lol, if your as lucky as i am there is a ramp you can use which goes on top of a silo from which you can drop onto the pipes and make your way back into the steel yard though if you fall again your dead, oh and as luck would have it you can also fast travel back to the entrance as a nice little bonus rather than re loading your game, though if your game crashes then youll have to restart again :(

I'm hoping someone here can help me, I've got all the steel ingots except for the ones behind the door that you need to lockpick. The problem is: I'm not a high enough skill to lockpick the door. So now i'm wondering if I can continue with the Pitt main quest line (fighting in the Arena) earn points and level up, but still be able to search for the steel ingots again?

@Wolfie9X9 you can safely continue on with the main quest line, you can always go back to the steelyard, even after completing everything else in the pitt

For future reference: Next time you want to get somewhere low from a very high place, fall and then right before you hit the ground, save. Then load your save and you'll drop to the ground without taking any damage.

Thanks for posting this, I have trouble finding the ones behind the tires. FYI, at 5.10 during the jump when you break your legs, to your right there is a large pipe running the length of the jump vertically. Jump at the pipe and keep pressing toward the pipe and it will slow you down several times during the jump so you don’t get injured.

I just bought the GOTY edition and I didn't have any problems at all so maybe they fixed it with the new copies of the GOTY or maybe they just made a patch? Not sure but yeah everything worked great for me. Thanks again.

The four ingots at 5:52 were the last ones I needed, but I would fall through the roof no matter how many times I reloaded my game or restarted my 360. So, I got inventive. I went on the other side of the fence by jumping from the large cylinders, and climbed up to the pipe running parallel to the cat walk. Then, I dropped a Chinese assault rifle and moved it around until I propped it up against a wall, then I jumped on it, and then over the guard rail that I couldn't clear by normal jumping.
