this gets me everytime, when she looks at the clock and she knows "12pm" means something and her dreams are telling her something as well. i believe very strongly in "everything happens for a reason" i go by it in my every day life and she knew it was her time and seeing her husband and her daughter older ... just the meaning, the time and her dreams get me crying.

my gran past away in december 2000, when i was only 9years old from lung cancer but i knw she is with me whenever she can be.
