I dont like complaining about balance, as it doesnt affect my own play, but just look at terran:

A command center can be built in complete safety, and lifted off whenever you feel like it

Command centers can be turned into a unit that can destroy an army with only a few repairing SCVs

A sensor tower can detect enemy units from over half of the map

Your turrets destroy mutas better than any other static D

A ghost can take out so much shlds with one emp/snipe EVERY zerg unit

Just to name a few.

There is a good upgrade that every terran doesn't bother upgrade is 2 armors for building help a tons for wall off and missile turret since mostly zerg unit have low attack damaged with high dps.

And I don't know why pros just don't rush for a win when they know their opponent, especially a zerg, is a macro-player. Nestea was at 60ish food supply with only 7 lings and 3 queens. I think the high yield expansions are overrated. Look: a blue field brings 5 minerals per round - high yield brings 7. But there are 8 blue fields, yielding 40 minerals per round of harvest, and only 6 of the high yield, yielding 42 per round. High yield's only advantage is that that you need less harvesters for the same yield, but that isn't that big of an advantage.

It's not always the best move to go for one because they are generally much harder to defend, and if you macro hard, you can afford the additional time that blue patches take. However, in a rts like starcraft where everything can change in one quick desisive battle, quickly bolstering your economy for an attack, or back up, does have advantages no?

@2ndfirstLast Micro can only do so much, especially against mass banelings with speed. 1 or 2 banelings with upgrades can take out a large group of Marines, of like 10-20, but if you have a marauder at the front and the marauder gets hit by the few banelings, he protects the marines and survives, if not, just barely. Sacrificing 1 or 2 marauders to kill 4 or so enemy banelings is a very good idea.
