But throughout the series, Shaka always referred to as "The Man Closest to God"... He is the first Saint who can awake his 8th sense... He already wear armor even as a child... Even Saga, Camus, and Shura had to use "Athena's Exclamation" to defeat him, so I still think Shaka is the strongest :)
One attack from one Gold Saint can end the cast of DBZ, One Piece, Naruto, Sailor Moon, etc!
