After watching this through, you come across to me as being stayed and dull. Prospective customers would rather listen to an energetic pitch. I don't feel any fire from you, and I believe that's holding you back. It was all quite monotone to be totally honest with you.

I love the internet. this tells me that all this time I thought that my approach is what was causing my inability to find work. the truth is in this market, constantly trying to seek acceptance by some organization is just bad for a person - the rejection can be constant and irrational. I always thought that what I was writing may have the tone of an amateur or something. now I realize that I don't sound much different then this guy and he has a hell of a lot more experience than I do.

This is a good corporate video resume. Unlike most other video resumes on Youtube I can only recommend maybe leaving your name/position graphics, and the bull image on the screen a bit longer. Nicely done.

skip the BS - the shot of Salesperson of the year is GOOD - but you need to BE THAT SALES PERSON OF THE YEAR (live up to) to everyone you showcase to..

You're only as good.. as what you show when you do a Video Resume.

why would video resumes expose you to discrimination any more than a personal interview. If someone was going to discriminate against me, then I'd rather them do it by watching my video before wasting my time with an interview(when they would do it there anyway). Also, personally I wouldn't want to work for a company that practiced that anyway.

Wonder what the response to the video was - I thought it was well presented.
