You honestly need to work on this trick more. Don't use your shoulders. All the power for lifting the ball should come from your legs. You also didn't really explain any of the body mechanics, so it would have been just as useful to watch any atm video, not just a tutorial.

@gringofreestyler I dont know how i landed on this page considering i have been able to do this for years but i couldnt agree more with gringo here. to me, this tutorial is counter-productive because you are teaching it wrong and doing it wrong. i see that your other work on some videos are great, im just saying that on this particular vid, the whole thing lacks any mastery of the trick and therefore should not show a representation on how to do the trick.

@JamieMacFS In all honesty, the majority of his videos are ok. As far as the style of videos he makes with the in between soccer and freestyle, he is by far not one of the worst. I really hate when people make tutorials for things they do not know how to do properly. It's wrong to teach someone the wrong way.

HELP!! I have been playing football for 3 years and I have been doing fairly well with my skills when my friends and I hang out. But when I'm in a official match, like my school tournament, I'm only at less than 20% of my ability compared to when I just have some fun match with friends. Do you know what may happen to me? One more suggestion. I was wondering if you knew how to make the ball glide with tons of back spin? Like say, instead of making the ball go really high cuz of kicking underneath the ball you make it stay relativly low and it kinda floats up at a low angle it's hard to explain if ya know what I mean!
