  • That bat thing scared the crap out of my little brothers! I had no clue this game would go from skeletons riding motorcycles to scary-faced bat dudes with red eyes!

  • Hate my cock, this game rules.

  • 0:12 - 0:15 that looks so gay U_U

  • Girl: HELP ME! *goes left.*

    Boy: Screw you. *goes right.

  • @Dawngaward0110

It's not a girl you fuckin nigger

  • @cruzman3608 : whats your deal with the racist shit... calm down

  • @512thc

  • @512thc

Dude, I'm just saying. Only an 11 or 12 year old tar baby (which it probably is) would think that's funny.

  • @512thc

Leave Cruz alone you black welfare bitch.

  • @PetSounds3608 shut up faggot

  • the music is so good

  • man I hated this game. So I stuffed it up my ass.

  • The two dogs creeped the shit out of me, as i saw them the first time.

  • omg i was laughing mad at that vampire dieing , the memories!!

  • HOW DO YOU GET THE ARCHIVE KEY?!!

  • You get it from Vincent. Just enter the room.

  • this actually has a lot of Pre-Resident Evil 4 Qualities

  • Reinhardt Belmont......that would've sound alot better!

  • This is a really underrated game, I really don't see why everyone hated it so much.

  • This was a true Castlevania game. The 64 games were the first to transition the series over from liner gameplay to backtracking gameplay, in my opinion.

  • sotn was released before this

  • Yeah, but I said transition the series over to the backtracking style. I don't mean that it introduced us to that style. It blended the two styles.

The first Castlevania game to introduce us to backtracking gameplay was Castlevania II: Simon's Quest.

  • Well then use SotN as your introductory game. Both were great games in my opinion. The only problem I have with SotN is that it's placed too soon after the events of Dracula X/Bordello of Blood. Maria went from being a small girl to a full grown woman in just five years.

  • memories/tears eh? =[)

  • but i expected that this game was good, since this was my first casltevania game and i heard so much good about the series. But it just dissapointed me

  • yeah.... but this is still a classic. nintendo shuld make with dawn of sorrow etc. a seperate game

  • nintendo? konami made the game...

  • yeah. but castlevania was released by nintendo

  • I loved this game, and part 1 and 2 were some of the most memorable parts of the game for me. Skeletons, Giant Skeleton, Vampires, Holy Water, lol so fun. Great to see this again.

  • oh ya, and of course, a werewolf too! lol :D good times

  • I simply love the themes in these classic castlevanias

  • The maze part reminds me of Resident Evil 4. The gate, the dogs and this chainsaw guy look nearly the same.

  • haha i was scared as hell of that maze :D my big brother had to play it for me everytime :P

  • same here lol

  • jumping through the meedow ^^ :D

i always wanted to try this.

i heard that the game is bad, but it looks cool ^^

  • I was never able to get past Frankenstein as a kid. Need to get this again.

  • lol i was never able to beat those 2 dragons neither as a kid :P

  • i no right! i used to get scared and i had my dad do the frankenstein part. ;D

  • Anyone ever notice that, in the room with the second vampire (with the mirror on the wall), the table and chairs just sort of disappear once the battle begins?

  • OMG YES!!! lol i thought i was the only one that noticed!

  • i remember having this game but icould never remember what that thing was int eh beginning of the house. i ran from it lol.

  • Nice run, though i was a little sadened that you had to scrape off all the cutscenes...

    Great job, anyway :)

  • i remember playing this when the n64 first came out and its freeking amazing, the music gives the game so much atmosphere. This is my second fav. after super castlevania IV for the super nintendo

  • IMO, this was the best stage in the entire game, i was a little sad that none of the other stages that came after it were able to top it off, maybe the castle center or clock tower, but this stage still has that old Castlevania feel to it.

  • how do you get that costume???

  • It's been so long since I played it... I believe after you first beat the game, you get access to the hard mode... after beating it on hard, I believe you get access to this costume... I'm about 75% confident that's how you get it.

  • yeah, my favorite castlevania game was definitely dawn of sorrow, and i remember i played this game, the 3D one, but was young, so coudnt understand it, before it was like, kill every monster, and thats how i did through the game. i am 14 by the way, and when i say kid, i refer to 7 years. but personally dawn of sorrow is the best.

  • this is really TRICKY GAME thatss why i like it

  • amazing, simply amazing
