  • where can i buy those heavy bands? thanks.

  • Not Smart, Dont buy!

  • wrong

  • Hmm... Free $89 video course...... Sounds like a deal

  • this may give u the edge early game but during a real fight, if ur opponent is good at dodging, after a few minutes, your punches will become weak because of no endurance

  • @weimin3196 that's why u have to jerkoff upside down before every fight dude.. I mean every fighter should know this... What are u some kind of a retarded noob? the secret is watching a lesbian porn of jenna jameson, with a strapon on, sticking it to jesse jane, about 20 minutes before a fight. If you jerkoff to that porn, you will be able to throw strong punches for 5, 5 minute rounds. Dominic Cruz, GSP, Frankie Edgar, and alot of other fighters do this shit. .... This is definitely not a joke.

  • FREE $89.00 video!? HOLY SHIT GET THE CHECKBOOK

  • @SergeantFawful nah it's free man...lol

  • A free $89 dollar video does not make sense mate.

  • @burd1234 maybe the video is free now but originally 89 dollars

  • a free $89 dollar video you say?

  • My technique, is I sit on my back on my bed at night ( :D ) and use dumbbells in the same motion I would if I were punching. Best results out of any Ive seen. good video though.

  • lolz at free 89$ corse

  • @EagleTalon1970 Sweet bro...

  • cool but i have a problem. theres a kid in my highschool class thats like 80pounds more than me, hes bigger, n has a black belt. hes always knocking me out. how do i take him down and end the fgiht so he can stop?

  • @WickedSk8terPV025 Just stop being an emo and learn to defend yourself and how to avoid such situations if possible. People beat on emos purely because they're emo, you're making yourself a target.

  • @WickedSk8terPV025 look at my name on my channel u see two names the name that says Zippo(brother) hes the emo one, i'm just the skater

  • @WickedSk8terPV025 Jiu jitsu. I need not say anymore.

  • @WickedSk8terPV025 that's easy. kick him in the nuts with full power. i don't care how big you are, no man can take a kick in the nuts. after that, punch him in the throat. if that doesn't finish him a knee to the face will.

  • @wubs23 you obviously didnt watch sports science groin kick world record he got smacked in the throat shit all happend he got kicked in the balls with 1100 pounds of force and didnt feel shit

  • @WickedSk8terPV025 Hit him with a cricket bat. Or do what Antonio Margarito does...put plaster in your raps. Good luck

  • what most people overlook when power punch training is developing a strong forearm to produce a rock solid wrist stability upon impact. the less your wrist bends upon impact the less power is degenerated from the blow. what causes hand injuries in mma is: a fighter having a super strong core and excellent technique putting all that power into a weak wrist that can't handle the pressure.

  • all you fool need to watch MIKE TYSON how to improve your punching power

  • The "bandpunch" doesnt improve the punch power. Its an conditioning exercise. The reason why this not improves your hittingpower is because your body gets used to a slower movement. This is why after weight-boxing you ever should make movements without weight. Not a bad exercise, i do it too, But wrong Title. Greets from Germany.

  • wha t a load of dog shite lol got to love youtube full of ballons talking bullshit

  • Massive arms xD

  • This is what happens when ‘experts’ who have no foundation in how the body actually works or the actual mechanics of martial arts skills looks at MMA and tries to create a training program for it.

They basically get you to mimic the skills of the sport with added weights and resistance.

  • @willerlarreal what do you suggest a better training program would be for mma? or fighting for that matter? because all mma really is, is a 1 on 1 fight simulation.

  • this is One of the WORST Exercises for MMA

    1) You need a tense arm to punch with the band, not a relaxed one

    2) You tend to limit your range of motion punching with bands instead of using full extension

    3) The band pulls your arm back instead of you pulling your arm back, so your body gets trained to not pull your arm back (bad for combo speed and bad for defence

  • @willerlarreal video title says improve your punching power soo...

  • @willerlarreal Exactly right. that kind of BS makes fighters slow and clumsy.

  • or u can use a 5lbs - 8 lbs dumbell doing the pacquiao drill :)

  • @CeeEmmz what's the pacquiao drill?

  • @MCK141 youtube.com/watch?v=Q-u8Re0bFz4&feature=related

watch that! thats the pacquiao drill

  • Most people punch just with their hands but a hard puncher derives his/her power from the feet through the hips. The Hand just delivers the kinetic energy which can be trained

  • @thegamgi

i think it has allot more to do with technique then anything. sure there is mike tyson, but look at fedor emelienenko. he definitely isnt built like an underwear model and he definitely isnt the biggest heavyweight out there. But just look at how much force his punches have. he takes out giants like arlovski and brett rogers out with one punch.

you can tell his punches have perfect form by the postioning of his hips and feet when throwing. i dont know but thats what i think.

  • i definatley think punchers are born and not made. their are plenty of guys who can smash the fuck out of the bag but in the ring they dont knock anyone out. because they dont commit to the punch, ko merchants naturally throw with bad intentions and commit with their feet planted and really rotate their bodies into the punch. doing weights etc wont really help at all. correct technique however will help alot.

  • @sedod66 Some people are born with naturally powerful and strong but those who are not can achieve it through hard training.

  • @Gazza30592 yeah i agree to an extent. you can train the muscles you punch with and some more explosive power. but i think alot has to do with commiting to the punch and individual style. someone who plants their feet and looks for the punch (edwin valero) tends to have more success than say a backfoot counterpuncher (malignaggi). take hearns, he wasnt a puncher at all untill he was shown correctly how to use leverage etc, but he always had it in him.

  • @sedod66 you are absolutely correct!!! wanna throw hard punches and have KO power? Footwork and technique, footwork and technique. Nothing else!!!!!

  • This is the kind of training i need.

  • just get on the heavy bag and knock fuck out of it. speed is power, this exercise will not make you quick, only bangbangbang on the bag, ball will do that.

  • @OSAKONT yeah i dont do it that often, only when im bored.

  • haha did anyone else notice that they completely ripped ESPN U's logo. Not really important, but funny none the less.

  • i hold 5kg(11lbs.) dumbells, and i punch the punchin bag. i hear that it can throw your shoulder out doing that, but i've never had a problem with it, and it works fairly well for me.

  • faggoty ass vid they didnt say shit

  • what kinda gym is gonna let you throw a medicine ball of a wall full pelt

  • my gym

  • @justin8910 ROFL!!!!!!!! true. you can do this lying down and throw it up and catch it : )

  • @crv26 No, cause in this position you cant involve your hips...

  • hed knock you art ya daft prick

  • he'd knock me out....if he could catch me, this guys prolly slow as fuck, id throw 4 punches before he threw 1

  • @baronisthesick333 but that 1 punch would knock u out like alot of fights i have been in the person chalenges me thinking he would beat me since im slower but i take all his hits without him damaging me then boom headshot punch i win

  • @gamecubeable nice lie

  • @4pheonix i aint lieing

  • @gamecubeable then boom head shot punch i win, you sound like a video game. You compete much champ?

  • @richieelliott ya i compete alot i have trained with some of the best and they taught me a thing or two
