Iis there any chance of a break down video? This looks great and it would be a real achievement for my classes, but I think my members (or part there of) would struggle to get it all. Ideas about how you taught the more complicated moves to others would just be the icing on the cake. I love the pauses and other rhythum changes.

Thank you for the nice comment.. The complicated moves you see are just combinations of basic FW moves. We recently posted a tutorial clip to help people get started with some of the FW basic moves.
