Motion 3 Tutorial: Shape Tracking made easy

how do I adjust the tracker when it gets funky after a few seconds in. how can I go in frame by frame to adjust this without seeing all the confusing paths. any help would be greatly appreciated, i love this tool, but it gets all out of whack over time with all my points (cutting out the background of an interviewee who bobs head all around) thanks

I use motion 5. I think it can be done in motion 3, but if you motion track something and mach move it to a mask or whatever in the inspector of the match move there will be a bar were you can choose Atach to source or mimic source choose mimic source and then turn on the record button and keyframe the bad trackers
