Man I thought once you beat the level theres a little cut scene telling you something about who every you used to win with. I forget its been a long time since I played this game.

When you beat the game without using any of the passwords, there is a brief scene where the character you use to beat Magneto responds to him in a way that fits their personalities, but there is no bio or anything like that, to the best of my knowledge.

The game does have a secret ending if you don't die in any mission before the Magneto battle.

Nope, you fight him earlier in the game. Then you fight a holographic Omega Red followed by a holographic Juggernaut, and then you get to this level. Great question, though! Next caller.
