@easylee007 You are right, For that reason the cotton gauze has a cut from the top section in order to easily being removed and replaced without removal of the device, therefore the site can easily be cleaned and applied nourishing cream to keep the skin healthy.
Another way is to remove the cotton gauze prior to shower or swimming by increasing the magnetic force which keeps the site quite sealed as long as the magnetic attraction kept on high mode.

This looks exciting,would be a lot better than bags,but if it got wet on the cotton gause then the wet would iritate the skin surely
