Paraskevi is ALWAYS first priority in this operation.
I activate the Healing Touch just before the last small Kyriaki and the large Kyriaki appear together, so I get the vital bonus while cutting the Paraskevi. I ended up getting an S on normal, but I can't do anything worth crap on GUILT operations on hard after the Kyriaki ones. ._.
But, I wasn't able to extract the Paraskevi when the larger Kyraki appeared, like I could not extract them it kept saying miss, out of curiosity has this happened to any one else before?
He especially overuses it in his New Blood videos. Sometimes it looks like it takes no skill. Not usually, though. I have XS on most missions and I practically never use the Healing Touch.

I have, The guy's a great Trauma Center player. It's just disappointing that the guy seems to use the Healing Touch whenever he can.

Depends on which operation you're doing. Most of them you can, but on any operation involving Triti you get a B at best for using the Healing Touch.
