@antonbarbu333 I think it's supposed to be an inside joke for those who CAN speak English. But also, you can go to an English language course just to IMPROVE your English, but still know the meaning of simple words like fuck and ass, I think the majority does. I do have to say that this wasn't a commercial for an actual service, I believe the advertising agency made this as some sort of advert for their own company.
