This shit is true! I am being accused of vandalizing in my neighborhood. But I didn't do anything. And every time I ask the detective when did it happened he doesn't give the date to me. How can I prove myself not guilty if I don't know when the date was. Plus he says there are witnesses, but I wonder why the witnesses haven't filed a charge against me if they're so sure it was me. Plus he keeps saying it's okay to admit it I was a delinquent when I was younger.

Your welcome; just so you know my friend is now going to be sentenced for kidnapping; which is a joke because he was trying to help a runaway with his pastor. The girl was never in his car, home, or ever in his care. But the law in washington states that if you know a minor is a runaway and do not call the police; you are guilty of kidnapping 2 which is a violent felony. We've been praying and praying hard; I will be praying for your family as well; this country is a mess
i could kind of relate, but wow not as long as 30 years, but my husband was wrongly accused and was in jail for five months. My husband is a marine and we just had a daughter. His stupid ex-wife set up a myspace page pretending to be him and sending herself threatening letters. anyways the state of washington failed to investigate and was so quick to arrest my husband. He almost got kicked out of the corp and my two children and i got kicked out of our house. it was hell, but im sure it was
Hello Chris, Thank you for bringing these thoughts to awareness. This is very important. The Bush administration has set up Fema camps right here in the USA where they can detain "suspects". Without trials and lawyers. Have you heard about AETA? It stands for Animal Enterprises Terrorism Act. Under this recent law from last year they can detain animal rights activists who are just peacefully protesting, or are involved with letter writing or petitioning.
The only reason he had to stay for so long in prison is because people are lazy when it comes to doing their paperwork. There are so many cases that need to be investigated and his prolly got lost somewhere at the bottom of the pile. Wouldn't happen so much if tax money wasn't spent on war and other bullshit.
I don't think there is anything anyone can do to make up for what he had to go through. He spent 20 some years in prison....how can anything make up for that? It cant. Its a shame that shit like this happens and that it took that many years to prove his innocence.
Raise funds for attorneys, bombard the Governors of the States where injustice is going on, contact major news stations and tell them about the Stick Movement. It's going to take a major media event to get people to notice and take us seriously, but it can be done.
yea i feel u on that.. its so sad. so many people are in prison for things they don't commit. I'm a criminal justice major and this touches me to the heart. We do need to get a grip on things. That can turn a person into a criminal all in itself. Excellent video. Loved your perspective!!
