i have this live dvd - even though this was obviously shot from the house cameras, it's funny how they decided to make a live dvd and not to include this entire show performance!
Typical videographers. On the guitar solo, let's show the lead singer doing nothing, the bass player continuing to play bass, the drummer keeping the same drumbeat, the keyboard player trying to look useful, and TIME PERMITTING - the lead guitar player rocking our faces off.
@fretworx Yeah, back in the day they had an annoying habit of showing everyone and everything BUT the lead guitarist while he was playing the solo. Was this entire generation of videographers completely retarded? This was especially frustrationg during a time there was such a wealth of guitar talent. Unlike todays so-called rock where all they do is whine like little pussys like Hootie and the Blowjobs "hominy-how-how" bull shit and bang out 4 chords on a fucking acoustic. No talent BS.
ummmm i'm going to guess you're talking about ric's (singer) which should more than likely be a Gibson SG, now if you're talking about elliot's (lead guitarist) i'm going out on a limb by saying it's a kramer, not sure the model pacer maybe a japan focus
@Schekt3r Really hard to tell! I think enthnd03 is right about it being a Kramer, and I remember the ones w/the 3 coil tap switches on them, but can't remember the model... very cool guitars
@fretworx thank u very much 4 the response. at first, i doubt tbat it was a kramer because nowadays those guitar don't have the 3 coil tap but one, but as you mentioned you remember kramers with 3 coils, for sure it is a kramer! greetings!
yeah i happen to have a kramer from roughly the same year (mid 80's) so when i looked at it i was 80% sure it was one by the headstock and two the floyd rose trem.
@enthnd03 one more question sir. I also would like to know the brand name and model of Elliot's white guitar in " Tonight she comes" but original video. I think its also a kramer??, but i'm not sure.

I wouldn't blame the "videographers" but the DIRECTOR. There was obviously a camera on Elliot the whole time, but the director chose other shots.
