Yamaha Rhino (gets stuck) & Polaris Ranger Crew

Look at that. The first thing that the Rhino dose is gets stuck. Plus its shorter, weighs less, and has the same sized enging. But the ranger crew is way longer and is much heavier and didnt get even close to stuck. Thats because the Ranger is biult much tougher.

The Ranger is also about 6 inches wider if I remember correctly the specifications, anywhere I know for a fact its wider than the Rhino, and also a lot more stable and better hauling and towing capabilities than the rhino. The Ranger's make the Rhino look like Yamaha is building toys.

The Ranger wasn't even lifted was it? Just the 4 seater version with longer wheel base. I've been in some pretty horrible mud on trails hunting and never had that problem with my Rhino, the thing I hate about my rhino is the horrible lack of any serious cargo capacity 400lbs in the bed is a laughing stock of all my Ranger buddies, so as a result I'm breaking down and buying a Ranger XP 800 here soon.

@wildbill23c The Polaris Ranger Crew seats 6. (All other multi-passenger UTVs can only seat 4) I totaly agree with you on the cargo capaciy. The Ranger has more than double that capacity.

I forget about the bench seat front and rear on the rangers. Great idea for someone who does a lot of people moving. Pretty sad that it still has the full capability offroad, where a true or supposedly true offroad UTV such as the Rhino got stuck like it did. Sometimes though its all in the driver. I got to drive a 2011 Ranger XP 800 for a few hours the other day and I love it compared to my rhino.

When he builds a jeep thats capable of deep mud, hi speed runs across a track, hitting jumps all day long ,hillclimb with both locked axles with no problems other than a tank of gas all for 11 grand then i'll buy the jeep. Until then it's a Rhino thing for me, he wouldn't understand.

Look at the tires on the rhino when he was spinning. He obvioulsy didn't have it in differential lock. The polarishit locks it up automatically. That ranger has a lot more wheelbase than the rhino also. It's tires din't hit in the same spot as a rhino. You would need a regular ranger and have the rhino locked up to be able to compare them. My buddy has a ranger crew and it out does regular one in almost every aspect, except tight spaces.
