The video puts a slightly incorrect emphasis on the signifigance of combos in the scoring of DDR:

Generally, players aren't going for the "longest simultaneous combo", but rather, care more about the over all ratio of Perfects vs less good steps.

All in all though, impressive vid: I lack the stamina to even FINISH this song, much less juggle while doing it, so this guy gets major respect from me.

You may not realize it, but it's possible to break any 2-player arcade cabinets pads apart. Also, there are solo machines that simply only come with one pad, I used to own one.

Actually, that is the proper grammer, DDR refers to combos not as a combo as we know it, but as each step in a row counts as a combo. I don't know why, however.

As far as I remember the announcer says "1000 combo" about 20 seconds into I Do I Do I Do when you're doing pop4 on difficult...but who am I to comment?

Each step does not count as a combo anyway, it *increases* your combo, IE each additional step means that you've gotten a higher combo in a row. The girl announcing has no clue...not to mention that the way they cut CSFIL doesn't even fit the steps they're showing....very non-understanding view of the game.
