ummm nice texturing, but NOVAIRO is right, to many unnecessary polys and he looks cartoony

You might want to read up on some anatomy books. you have alot of unused edge loops and places that need more. some great places to get help are: CGTalk , Zbrushcentral, and gnomonworkshop. that model isnt that good but dont give up.
