  • "We're educated on Whites, but Whites aren't educated on us !" - Nicely put.

  • Black History Month.

    McDonald's 365.

  • I used to be in this Chud D phase growing up, all this negativity toward us would actually fuel and flatter us that people would fear us and think we are tough. When you grow up you see how silly it is, but Chud D seems like he never grew up probably because that's how he gets his money.

  • So glad that Chuck D wants to be taken seriously when he shows up to a formal event wearing a baseball cap and a track suit. What an idiot.

  • @rukie01 yeah i agree there are alot of communitys run by black people

  • I find chuck D's point kind of ignorant, please no hate responses, was it just me?

  • @rukie01 He was just saying words.

Reminds me of a child. Whiny.

  • @rukie01 Basically he was racist and said black people should live separated from whites.

And Buckley is the right-wing nut in all this...

  • Wow, this really exists. It's an awkward attempt at debate between the Whitest man to ever walk the earth, and the second Blackest (after Flava Flav).

  • William F. Buckley has always been a total racist and elitist and he's always been extremely stupid. Wonder why he is given air time?

  • Im seeing all these stereotypes saying blacks are committing most crimes or mafia... What about ed gein? Or that mexican who seemingly attacked chinese in cali? Dc sniper? The fact is youll never know, people are crazy.. And with that said detroit was considered the 2nd highest homicide city next to some place in iraq... Now thats fucked up lol

  • lol when Bill was once a testosterone-fueled youngish man of conservatism in the 60s surrounded by privilege, feverishly writing eloquent diatribes against martin luther king and the civil rights movement in his national review, he could scarcely have envisioned a situation in which he would have to talk to blacks face-to-face in a debate situation. Back then, he'd have 'em roughed up if they looked him in the eye when talking.

  • WM Buckley is a brave man to debate and TELL the TRUTH to these filthy black animals

  • its crazy how people still think so ignorantly. we are all human love your brothers and sisters people! AMEN! and im not even black nor white

  • Uh, dose this guy Chuck D. know that before the White people enslaved Black people in Africa, other Black people enslaved Black People? Does he know the Moors enslaved White People? Sounds like he dosen't, Chuck D is a moron.

  • @CecilCollins34 Yeah, and it wasn't only "whites" that enslaved.... there were african slaves in Brazil who faired much worse than African slaves in America.

  • @jorgekluney Its still slavery and wrong you cant justify it by simply saying one form of this was better than the other if you got a blister im pretty sure your not going to say oh this blister hurts than the other.

  • @CecilCollins34 Did you know it was eventually stopped and continued again only with those from africa?

  • @CecilCollins34 thats an idiotic statement. Doesnt matter if the entire world was doing it. It's still morally wrong and America is guilty of it. You dumbfuck

  • @MrTruthAddict That is an idiotic statement....He is crying about something done to his people, that his own people are guilty of doing to other people and own people. Its hypocritical. Not to mention he was never even born into slavery and he was four when the voting rights act was passed. My ancestors was killed off by Europeans, but I don't have a huge chip on my shoulder over it and I don't blame it for my people's failings. Its called personal accountability.

  • @CecilCollins34 And you are part of the .01 percent of the black population who sees this. If the black community had leaders with attitudes like that, we wouldn't be getting news reports like last week from Reuters, "Black men live longer in jail"...if not for the Al Sharptons and Jesse Jacksons and Malik Shabazz's of the world, guess where the black people would be? In Ivy league schools, law firms, doctors offices, big banks, all in much larger numbers. Your post was refreshing.

  • Black people in Africa should have stereotyped other blacks or the arabs who where the "producers" in the slave trade.

How come everyone Buckley appeared with after 1980 looks like an idiot?

  • WFB speaks the plain truth, this rapper makes some paranoid twisted analogies, and the audience applauds HIM. Common sense turned on it's head.

  • Haha, did he imply that they would be better off in Africa? Charles D, is hilarious.

  • Yeah Africans should have been stereotyping whitey

  • @notoriouslizw i know because blacks dont stereotype

  • @tonyteb everybody stereotypes duh. Chuck D makes an interesting point here. WFB is waving his finger at young black men as if wealthy men were innocent little angels who didn't deserve to be profiled for their own crimes. Obviously money does buy a degree of respectability. WFB himself was a prominent member of Skull and Bones, a society who is immune to the law due to their connections. That being said if I were a cop I'd pull over any young man who didn't look totally nerdy.

  • How does a criminal look?

  • every time blacks say something wrong what the police are doing to them some white mother fucker always think they know what best for the people who are complaining about police abuse black people must take beating from police and do are say nothing about it no one is above the law wte live in a free country where anyone can dress and wear what they want who the fuck is you white racist chacker to tell me how to fucking dress

  • any police who beat blacks should be kill antill they know if they do beat blacks we show up where they live and take them out they will never rest they hands on black people police is to protect and serve but they want to act like they above the law some police think they are above the aw

  • The one little thing he forgot in is joke about perhaps stereotyping white people 500 years ago is that there were and still are slaves in Africa by the hands of Africans.. slavery is not a black white issue.. "enforce your own laws"? who has that? own community how bout an entire continent? I mean does that guy know how things are on the continent of Africa?

  • One must concede that if one adopts a manner of dress and behavior associated with gangsta culture which celebrates, amongst other things, crime and violence even though that person is harmless as a lamb he can hardly object to observers presuming him to be what his outward appearances proclaim him to be.

Short version... one cannot object to others believing the fraud one is perpetrating

  • Reason v emotion.... its just that simple, this society will NEVER listen to one idealism. Simply because of the diverse culture that we are!

  • Reason v emotion.... its just that simple

  • How one dresses has nothing to do with crime. The worst criminals in the world wear $5k suits and work in our government and financial institutes. The american government kills millions of people per year. Who are the criminals now? Why do we continue to focus on black people and something as menial as the clothing they wear....

  • chuck d at least tried to make sense in a civil manner, but he just didnt make any sense

  • if youre white you get away with alot more crimes.i'm speaking as a white male.if you dress like chuck d or not.people that thake precousions based on what you read in newsweek youre a weak human being.people are made to fear eachother by the media.human nature has always been the same.

  • The greatest criminals by volume and content are white males between the ages of 35 to 55 yrs old. Their "scary" looking uniform is a suit and a tie. Their "gang" masquerades as government and representatives of corporate interests. Hands down, through whatever methodology of measurement no one has out stolen, out murdered nor out lied this demographic. It's time that we the people who have "misplaced" imperialism with true survival begin to stereotype the real threats here and abroad.

  • Chuck D was trounced, as expected, by WFB perfect logic. That fact remains that cities like Detroit have been run by Dems for 50 years. Crime, poverty, etc are up and income down. Blacks control the entirety of Detroit, what is Chuck D's complaint. He wishes Blacks in Africa 500 years ago were more aware. Where woud he be today?

  • Knowing that he hasn't a chance of playing around on the issue in terms of principle,Bill takes up statistics as a means of justifying racist presumptions. Now the latest on the use of marijuana is that white americans are much more likely to possess it than blacks. However, they are stopped by the police under the allegation of drug-search far less often. Elementary logic leads us to conclude that there is deliberate discrimination at work here, not simply human error.

  • Wanna know the truth? RACIAL PROFILING WORKS. Blacks are 13% of the US population and perpetrate over 50% of crimes. Case closed. Go bitch to someone in Africa Chuck D.

  • Whatever happened to conservatives like Buckley? It's a shame.

  • I don't think you should refer to it as a fault.

  • Is this the whole video?

  • Why would this rapper be on the same stage with Mr. Buckley? What, is cussing to a beat now some sort of PhD on political policy? What qualifications does this rapper have to merit his presenceon this stage? Nothing. At one time in America, you had to have actual qualifications to be taken seriously.

  • @Coachwkr Congratulations!! This has to the most hypocritical thing I've ever read. Most intelligent people would actually ask a question to the contrary: what the hell qualifies a wealthy, middle-aged, white man to discuss racial profiling?

  • @Coachwkr

Chuck D was politically influential. Certainly he is wrong while Buckley is right, but he was the voice of a very prominent viewpoint at the time which he helped to spearhead... just as Buckley became the prominent voice of the movement he fostered.

  • the media tells us to be scared of certain people

  • Stereo types exist because they are formed from observation. Black people don't walk down alleys when they see 17 young black men dressed like gang members, by their logic this is racism. Instead of fighting things like this, black culture should be more willing to examine itself and solve its own problems. The reason for the frightening stats on the black population in general cannot be repeated as racism ad infinitum. Even if it is, the shirking is clearly not working.

  • So chuck d is saying there's no black "community" because they do not have control. So why do the blacks not take control by electing the officials such as school board members (since he mentioned education) the county commissioners or the city councilmen necessary to implement "change?"

Also is stereotyping wrong if it doesn't create wrongdoing. I.e. I lock my car door as I see a black man approach, not causing harm to him or anyone else. Is this wrong?

  • It is not "gangsta" culture, it's prison culture! Reagan put so many people in prison through the "drug" war, that the prison culture has gone somewhat mainstream. The only reason they form gangs, is that they know the police will not protect them. Blacks comprise of 12% of the population, yet the percentage of blacks in prison on "drug" charges is unjustifiably much higher! Any human being that is afraid will try to look scary1

  • Also, as "chuck d" displayed with his advocacy for black nationalism, the racism in America isn't as one-sided as so often presented. My white grandfather purchased a pub in an all black neighborhood after he got back from serving in WWII. And when his wife was tragically killed in a car accident he later fell in love with a local black woman and they had 3 children together.

  • This completely enraged the local black community who attempted to burn his pub down and threated to cut his head and genitals off. Now, does that give me justification to hate black people and advocate white nationalism? And would I be justified in hating muslims and arabs/blacks/turks for their invasion, occupation, colonization, murder, rape and enslavement of my Greek and other European ancestors?

  • I'm afraid that there's plenty of victim cards to throw around. Some of us just choose not to use historical grievances to justify our present day hate and bigotry. Unfortunately, that seems to be predominantly isolated to the "white community". I yearn for the day that the other ethnic groups of the world follow suit.

  • So many people have blamed the insanely high numbers of blacks in our prisons (about 85%) on racial profiling. They say that the reason why there's so many blacks in our jails is because racist police officers are going after them. But national surveys of crime victims have shown that actually a higher percentage of blacks are committing crimes than are actually in jail. They just aren't being caught. The reality is that blacks in America are responsible for the overwhleming majority of crime.

  • Your right Chuck, our people are still in a form of slavery. 95% of us are slaves to the democratic party.

  • Comment removed

  • Many young people, especially blacks dress like thugs in order to look scary. Then they whine about people being nervous around them. When I see someone with their hat on sideways wearing pants that are way too big, I tend to keep my eye on them just in case they do something stupid. The silly complaints of this Chuck D fellow are phony nonsense. If you look like a criminal on purpose, even if you're just a poser like Chuck D, don't act all offended when people treat you as such.

  • @zadig1 Lol,that is the most craziest thing I have ever heard.Criminals dont have a particular way of dress. Its just idiotic to stereotype someone by their outfit. We have thugs in congress and the white house if you ask the people in other countries who were invaded by the USA. Bernie Madoff,Barrack Obama,George Bush,Ronald Reagon,Frank Lucus,Al Capone,Nicky Barnes are all thugs who wear suites. So dressing like a thug makes no sense to me.Ted Bundy and Ted Kaczynski didnt dress "like thugs"

  • @revolutionist1945 That's the craziest thing you've ever heard? You must not get around much. Clearly I am referring to street criminals. I don't believe I would have ever seen Reagan or any of the people you mentioned loitering on the street corner in filthy clothes, leering at passersby. You seem to define the word thug as anybody you don't like. You said it was idiotic to stereotype someone by their outfit but, if you ever go to downtown Atlanta after dark, you'd be an idiot not to.

  • @zadig1 A thug is some one who is brutal and violent, look it up. Downtown Atlanta after dark aint shit!!!

  • @zadig1 Agreed. What I dont understand is why blacks want to live this sterotype. Hell its cooler to look gangsta then well dressed. Its no different then someone walking into the room with a Swastika they might really like jew but its the attire they way and symbols they wear is what people go by.

  • @sktbd5001 You're comparing a swastika to Adidas apparel? Thats the problem right there. People blow it up to something much worse than it is. So what should be done? Burn blue jeans? Burn baseball caps? Burn sneakers because if you wear them people will think you're a criminal? That would be stupid. The choice to dress "gangsta" or well-dressed depends on the circumstances. If you're home dress how you want. If you're at a job interview wear a suit and tie. Listen closer to 3:25 to the end.

  • @zadig1 Ok. So what about all the white kids that started dressing the exact same way. Do you keep your eye on them as well?

  • @YTwatcher38 Thanks for the reply. To answer your question, yes. It's not nessesarily a matter of race. All I'm saying is if you're trying to look like a thug then don't complain when people avoid you.

  • @zadig1 Let's not be foolhardy, young man. Lets go to first principles, who decides what fashion is criminal and what is not? It's a purely subjective question. For instance, if one put on a middle eastern outfit for cultural reasons and was an utterly non-violent fellow but was still construed as a terrorist, then the blame lies solely on the beholder. Buckley was an old 60s style segregationist and his views here are typical.

  • @xtrmsprts That's good advice, you should stop being foolhardy. You referred to me as young man yet you know nothing about me. One of the "first principles" of the left is being very sure of things that aren't true. For instance you stated the popular liberal meme that Buckley was an old 60's style segregationist, when you can't point to any case where he actually advocated for segregation. My argument stands. If you're trying to look like a thug, then expect people to treat you like one

  • @zadig1 I'm neither to the left nor black, you idiot. I'm just pointing to a fallacy. Your argument doesn't stand, sir, it was knocked down to the ground unconscious. Repeating it like a slogan won't change anything. This is a subjectivist world, what you call thug attire is probably considered an innocuous part of their culture. It's takes a bit of thinking, you'll get there, young man.

  • @xtrmsprts Interesting...I didn't say you were black but I'm sure you are a leftist because you resorted to angry name calling in lieu of facts and logic. Consider this. If you went to the concierge station at a hotel and one representative is in business attire and the other is a gangsta, who do you want to get info from? If your answer is the person in business attire, then you would guilty of be profiling wouldn't you?. It takes a bit of thinking and I doubt you'll get there...old man.

  • @zadig1 haha check my page out,i'm a long-time buckley fan but I know he's not infallible, he proved his stubbornness as a creationist. Here too he's embarrassingly in the wrong.Of course, the concierge boy ought to do his job objectively and they usually do.You assume everyone to be afflicted with your own prejudices, son.Besides traditional intellectual circles comprise "leftists",read Bill's god man at yale. I'm still hopeful for you,my little bigot.

  • @zadig1 I don't think "thugs" have a uniform. They generally wear whatever clothing style is popular among people of their economic status. It's no reason for us to stigmatize them. If they were behaving aggressively, then I would be alarmed, but ill fitting clothes and baseball caps aren't terribly scary to me.

  • @zadig1 address where your perception of a thug comes from. if it begins with attire your being nonsensical and ridiculous. criminals come in all shapes sizes colors, wearing various hats and accessories. be honest with yourself. in that case plz tell me you get nervous when your walkin around wall street because that might be the most crime infested block on the planet right about now. seems like your confusing your inability to let go of stereotypes with the pure perspective of actuality.

  • @blkpache It's funny, when I wrote that comment I didn't know I would be getting hostile Emails about it every day or so Lol. Have you ever been mugged? A couple of guys tried to rob me in the street a few years back and I assure you they weren't wearing three piece suits. Obviously there is white collar crime, but one doesn't expect Bernard Madoff to accost you on the sidewalk demanding money and then stab you with a broken bottle if you don't give it up. That's my perspective of actuality.

  • @zadig1 i dnt wana b insensitive 2 ur point of view but ur obviously stereotyping and clearly being closed minded. honestly I'd rather get mugged for 20$ than have my bank account/job/home equity get raided behind my back by the people who are supposed 2 b protecting my investments (global collapse=white collar gangsterism?) again, GLOBAL. maybe you should be running from white men in suits. and if that got you mad, then again, check your perspective.

  • @zadig1 @zadig1 I don't think they dress like 'thugs' in order to scare people. I think that the image of a black man wearing that type of outfit you describe has become our image of what a thug is, and that scares us. Whenever you or I see a person wearing low-riding pants and an over-sized tee, we are reminded of every macho rap video we've seen, and we are reminded of the guys who always appear on 'COPS'. That's why it's scary, but it isn't their intent to provoke fear by dressing that way.

  • @zadig1

Yes, and we all know criminals only dress one way.

  • @zadig1 I know you wrote this three months ago, but I had to respond. You wrote : "Many young people, especially blacks dress like thugs in order to look scary. Then they whine about people being nervous around them."

What is scary about a backward hats and baggy pants? You write that they look like "thugs".But the word "thug" is just a descriptor of people who wear baggy pants and backward hats and are Black. We tend not to consider Wites as thugs. So why stereotype that type of dress as "thug"?

  • @seattle8686 Dude even eminem looks like a thug and he's a whitey. The dressing style is thug style or wannabe thug style and it makes you keep a damn watch out. I've been mugged twice and you could call "men look more dangerous than women" just as racist or sexist, or "old people aren't as scary as 18-yr-olds" as equally unjust. But IS it unjust? Tell me that Seattle.

  • @emerset Not buying it. I asked why one would be scared next to someone dressed a certain way? Also, do you have any statistics that show a person who wears baggy pants and backward hats are more likely to commit muggings? I am more scared of my money being sent to the rich by bankers.Should I stereotype all people who wear suites?

The point is, you have selected out a portion of our population and have essentially said "they are the ones we need to be scared of" when I can name scarier bankers

  • @emerset I agree that men are more likely to be violent offenders, its not sexist, its a fact. But I would NOT, as an employer, use that against a man and say "You can't work with women because you are more likely to be a violent offender". And we cannot, as police officers, or businesses, or TSA agents profile people simply based on what they look like.We have to have better practices that (a) deter crime, (b) prevent crime and (c) maintain individual rights and equality.Profiling violates that

  • @zadig1 Your argument is completely devoid of all logic. You stated that 'If you look like a criminal on purpose, ...don't act all offended when people treat you as such' - You are basically saying that criminals look a particular way, when the truth is that police first off all have to catch a person committing a crime, AND THEN attach the label of criminal to them.A priest does not wear baggy pants or sideways cap yet they can still abuse young boys which last time I checked was still a crime

  • @zadig1 Do not hasty to disregard Chuck D's first reasoning. It dealt with that if black's had stereotyped the white man 500 years ago, blacks would have been better off. But let's assume the past were somehow an invalid source of reasoning, and we were to stereotype white men, whose family riches are "old money", as racists. That would be unacceptable.

  • @zadig1 how does wearing baggy clothes and a sideways hat make you a criminal? I was unaware that criminals dress in one particular manner. The last time I observed, the mafia wears suits, are they not criminals engaged in extortion, drugs and murder? Are all white people with shaved heads, skinheads? Profiling is inexcusable and damaging. By your comments I would beleive that you were from the south and racist. Now, I could be incorrect, but who knows when you judge a book by its cover.

  • @Braindrain3 Profiling is what intelligent humans do.

  • @yuppyguitar1 please explain further

  • @zadig1 Are you kidding me? More white kids are dressing like that nowadays than black kids. Are you stuck in the 80's or what?

  • @MrTruthAddict But its obvious to most people, maybe not yourself, that they are just posers.

  • @yuppyguitar1 of course, because white people who dress like troublemakers are just wannabe's and anyone else is a true criminal.. Gotcha

  • @MrTruthAddict I'd be very anxious to see the source of that statistic.

  • @zadig1 I see zadig so are you demeaning blacks as thugs am I correct? So what about those in the 1950s I mean they were back and they were lynched are you going to say than that its just a stereotype simply because there black. This reminds me of south park where one of the characters says "excuse have you heard of the emancipation proclamation" the other character responds "Im sorry I don't listen to hip hop

  • @zadig1 I agree to a degree but do you really think what Chuck D is wearing in this video in particular is offensive? If he was white he would look like some random dude from Minnesota or something.

  • who be selling black people in to slavery 500 years ago Chuck D

  • Also whats stopping black people being in control of their own neighbour hoods. I mean come on. At some point you have to stop blaming others for the lot youve got. Why is a black community harder to organize than a white community, without laying the blame at the door of white people. People will always be bigoted. Against blacks, Jews, Arabs, Muslims, Protestants, catholics, homosexuals. Some people on this panel/show will always blame someone else for their woes. Wallowing poor me syndrome.

  • Being nervous doesnt need justified. If you feel nervous around someone then thats the way you feel. Buckley is right here. hes not justifying it, hes just saying people are people and respond like...........well........... people. If a black man standing behind you at a cashpoint on a dark night makes you nervous, no one has the right to tell you you shouldnt feel nervous. Buckley at least seems to present reasons why people feel like this. Chuck seems to want a country blacks control. Well....

  • Chuck D is unfortunately uninformed. Buckley as always is great.

  • Black people did stereotype white people. The black elite flagged down white ships and offered them goods and people for sale in exchange for white manufactured goods. They recognized whites as people who would provide nice things in exchange for their completely unwanted populations. West Africa has been selling slaves looooong before whites showed up on the scene.

  • @countertreason Thank you. Finally, someone who speaks the truth. Slavery is wrong, but it is a practice that has existed in virtually every culture. It is true, the African slaves were sold by Africans to white traders. The Egyptians enslaved the Israelites. This has been going on from the beginning of time. It's simply a fact. The black community needs to get past this and move forward just as the Israelite did.

  • @2Tellthetruth Couldn't agree with you more.

  • @countertreason what book did you get that info from

  • wow chucky D is an idiot.

  • It would help if they stopped calling all blacks brothers. Though there are like no blacks in my city it seems like I don't have any problem with them, I am educated about the past and present acts committed on their race by bigots for various reasons.

But the one thing that bothers me is when they aren't fighting, they are usually united because they are black, they treat each other better.

We can all be brothers and sisters, ready to fight for the well being of another. I always will be.

  • Chuck D: If Black African people stereotyped White people (Europeans) about 500 years ago, we would have been off.

    Seriously on point.

  • @bakari45 How? When and where were Europeans vulnerable to racial profiling by blacks at any time in the past?

  • Is that it or is there more?

  • Ole "majesticrecords" really represents himself and his peeps well doesn't he? Great command of the English language.

  • It's enjoyable for me to see WFB in debate. He, G.G. Liddy and a few others have trained themselves to become skilled in logic and language and are not out to vent emotions but to discuss facst as they see them and thier thoughts derived from these facts. WHY they believe what they believe is more important than the mindless 'feelings' we see daily on TV.'. One difficulty in having such debates is finding those persons with the necessary intellectual prowess and moral restraint to hold a debate

  • Buckley is right. Realism is not racist. It's the way things are. If you buy into the gangsta culture you are gonna get stereotyped and it is your fault. Every people group has been through shit. Grow up and get over it.

  • @obstreperousubiquity As if Chuck D is a gangster.. Have you not heard Public Enemy before? If you're totally "grown up" then you are most likely familiar with his lyrics.

  • @obstreperousubiquity

yeah blame the victims, real nice

  • @obstreperousubiquity Regardless of his politics, what's respectable about William F Buckley is his willingness to engage in debate about most any topic. Very few people on both sides of this issue are so willing to try and understand the other side's perspective. This is in reality a very difficult issue. It involves economics, history, social background, characteristics of behavior and so on. To tell someone to just grow up and deal with it quite frankly misses the point.

  • @obstreperousubiquity Buckley insists to get a good grip on the white paradigm. If you adopt a white conservative perspective of the world, you will, undoubtedly, mechanically arrive to such conclusions.

  • @obstreperousubiquity Get over it is basically saying forget about it, because getting over it or above racism is a complicated process which involves participation from both sides of the color line. I'm black, educated and never was involved with gangster culture however when I am stopped by police officers I get the gangster treatment. Cops have a history of killing, and raping un armed blacks and I fear that they will kill me. How do I get over that?

  • @obstreperousubiquity Yes just like dr.king assassination along with malcolm x oh no definitely not racist in anyway! it isnt a matter of realism it is a matter of racism and you seem nothing more than just either a douchebag whom probably seems to be secretly horny of black guys or just a troll.

  • i dont care what color u are,,u disrespect me,my family or any other human..i will fuck u up.u will never be a piece of shit again.word is bond...

  • Chuck D should talk to Thomas Sowell.

  • Which KFC does Chuck D work at these days?

  • @rickygervais1776 The one where your mother gives blowjobs to the staff.

  • seems to me logic is not angry....just saying!

  • das whut i'm talkin' bout,...pendejos!

  • I'm a fan of Buckley's, but I can't disagree w. Chuck D.

  • @spitfire71068 chuck d is an insatiable separatist who lacks the initiative to actually separate. relatively quiet of late, he was once an integral player in the business of racism. perhaps he's retired?

  • @johnbourbon You confuse separation with independence. I think he was more of a subject to the business of racism than a "player." And you are just an idiot. Buckley got owned.

  • @keilyngodson26 ahh, another county heard from. sorry, but i'm really not interested in your deluded misgivings nor your poorly thought out semantics.

you want to be a slave? go right ahead. you and chuck can keep yourselves company.

  • @johnbourbon Cracker, youre a slave now too. Get back to work!

  • @keilyngodson26 wait...is "cracker" supposed to be offensive? lol. and despite what obama tells you, work is not slavery. work is work. it's that thing that you see every other race doing when they're not at home. typically they do in order to support their families. a totally alien concept to you, i'm sure.

  • @johnbourbon And when you're done working, what do you have? Nothing. All you do is rent, borrow and beg. Sounds like a slave to me. Minus the lynchings and brutality, of course(If you're white)

  • @keilyngodson26 again, i think you misunderstand the nature of work. let me explain: i work...i have a job, i saved, i bought a house and i provide for my family. oh, and i am the child of immigrants. we've been in this country for less than 50 years.

so tell me, what's your excuse (i'm sure you have one for every day of the week).

  • @johnbourbon And thats all you are worth in this world. Material possessions define your substance. Exactly what I thought. As if money is going to stop these cracker ass pigs from killing unarmed black men. Fuk you.

  • @keilyngodson26 owning house makes me a materialist? being a father to my child earns me a "fuk you"? lol! you really are obama's wet dream, aren't you??!!

btw - you didn't tell me what your excuse for being a failure is. so, what is it?

  • @johnbourbon You didnt respond to my entire comment like the pig that you are. Wealth has nothing to do with Brutality. You think a kracker ass white pig from killing cares if I own a house? Youre stupid and delusional and are a waste of time. I dont care about your assumptions. You assumed I was failure because I dont have money. Your stupid. Period. F your house.

  • @keilyngodson26 sorry, but i don't have the time to decipher your terrible grammar. your writing is unintelligible to the extent that i find it hard to believe you've ever even been to even a public school.

i'm sorry you're jealous that i own my own house. i choose to be a winner, you choose to be a loser. that's the only difference between us. you are a failure at life, but you can change that. or you can just make more excuses...

either way, enjoy your "life". lol!

  • @johnbourbon You dont own anything, you slave. You are borrowing. In two generations max your house will belong to someone else, probably a Black family. You think that you are higher than me because you have a little house. Thats cute. In AMerikka, there are the so called elite and there is everyone else. You perpetuate your own enslavement with this simple ideology. Nobody gives a dam about your house, what about your children?, simpleton.

  • @keilyngodson26 it's now obvious to me how badly life's failures have hurt you. this isn't about me...you're just lashing out. of course it's totally immature and irrational, but i still feel bad for you. i'm sorry your life has disappointed you, but really, it's no one's fault but your own and it's certainly not mine.

good luck trying to cope with your failures. i have to move on now.

    THE END.

  • @keilyngodson26 & @johnbourbon yall both sound pretty racist to me and i see an unwillingness from both sides to not understand the others side... both of you gloss over eachothers point in a premature advance of your own opinion with out adressing prior points from either side... you two are more alike than you are, im sure, willing to admit...

  • @SynS7ven i hear what "it's" trying to say. i'm a racist slave and a pig because i own my own home and support my own family. fascinating points.

  • @johnbourbon nobody cares but you two... many people own homes and have kids they even take care of... and alot of them complete morons...

  • how is that a mutated existence? why dont you look up the ratio between black and white crime rates

  • Chuck is a smart man.

  • @bapyou thx tips

  • @Grendo147 No W.E.B. Dubois thought that nazi germany improved the german people such as arts and math but he said it was horrific to what was happening to the jews

  • Well, sorry if the truth hurts. those entitlements have ruined the black family and is engrained in them. I dont go PC, so Fighting31406 and Feeneythefiend if you dont want it unPC you might wanna go elsewhere. Tired of the "Victim" and racist hurling game inspired by the conmen and legal extornists Jackson/Sharpton.

  • LOL.. More like William F. Buckley on Racial Profiling, Chuck D on completely off-topic incoherent ranting.

  • aww. the poor blacks doing what they do best playing the victim.....blah and blah

  • @uzimodem... your playing your part as the bigoted, white retard pretty well too. keep it up buddy, you got your image to maintain.

  • @uzimodem Your profile says that you love debating politics. But you're not very good at it, are you?

  • @uzimodem exactly man i know and he's talking about all the stereo types and shit and he does the same exact thing the last 15 seconds of the video

  • I'm pleasantly surprised that chuck D held his ground well while debating a crafty fox like buckley

  • Chuck D needs to think before speaking- If his people were wary of white people 500 years ago African Americans would be far from "better off. Not only would he would not be a rich black man, most African Americans would be living in the African steppe hunting zebra with a spear and wearing nothing more than a god damn loin cloth.

  • @jcladue : and...happier hunting zebra...than being black in America? Clearly we (me too) sees America as a superior life to Africa. But would a local who was never enslaved say so? Even if enslaved SOLELY by another tribe?

Johnathan Winters once was asked if he was grateful that his insane childhood lead him to become wildly successful in comedy. His answer was that he'd give up all his money to have a "normal childhood". Hell of a point in our culture that worships money; define 'better'

  • @mowriter people are not happy in Africa. Slavery, civil war, disease, extremely low life expectancy, political unrest and rampant poverty are among the few problems plaguing the entire continent right now. Africans are human; they do realize none of these are good things and do not need to experience America to realize this.

  • 1.)Chuck's point is that before the mass Colonization & realigning of the African Continent by imperial Europeans who'd never stepped a foot on African soil, drawing up regions with no regard for ethnic affiliations & sovereignty, the instability of which you speak would hardly be of the magnitude.

    2.)"Slavery,civil war,disease,extremely low life expectancy,etc.,has its US equivalent in high Prison ratios,gang warfare,heart disease & aids,high infant mortality,etc.

    Yeah,we'er far better off.

  • @thirdshift47 ok; move to africa then. be sure to write.

How can you even COMPARE an individual's CHOICE to commit a crime or to join a gang for subsequent imprisonment to slavery and civil war in Africa? Not to mention the infant mortality rate in the US is 7 per 1,000, in comparison to an avg. of 270 deaths per 1,000 live births in Africa! You should be ashamed of yourself.

  • 1.)AfricanAmericans don't even make up 1 6th of the US population while Africa is a CONTINENT with 1 6th of the Earth's population, dumbass;you should be ashamed for for even trying to establish an argument with those so-called 'facts.'LOL

The 'fact' is that infant moratlity for blacks in the US is 2.3 times higher than that of white,up 67% from the 50s even.

2.)Poverty leads to desperation in one condition as it does to others;all sociology shows us that.

  • @thirdshift47 "dumbass?" moving on...

African American infant mortality rate; 13.6/1,000

African infant mortality rate; STILL 270/1,000

    and those are the facts.

  • Damn, dude;you don't see the peculiarity of comparing ratios of a population comprising of just 12% of a country of 308,971,000 against 100% of 1,000,010,000?

I can't help you then;might point was made.

  • @thirdshift47 it's still the same percentage. Africa is not a nice place, having been there myself. but if you want to defend it like it's the most sanctimonious place on earth, just move there. good luck finding internet though, that is if your computer doesn't get stolen at the wrong end of a Cold War era AK-47.

  • You obviously thumbed down my previous comment about Colonialism, but apparently you did it without even reading it;I never said that Africa was a nice place;why would it be(esp.,for whites?lol)

The issue is that the dirty little secret remains of how although western states had repatriated to the west, western business interests on the other hand have always remained, such as Exxon Mobile in the Niger delta(and everyone knows the role Corporate America had in supporting Apartied.)

    Jus' the fax.

  • @thirdshift47 well corporate america is scum. that's a stereotype on which im sure we all can agree.

  • @jcladue here here! Why havn't we ripped it down yet is my question?

  • @jcladue Africa is actually a beautiful place nature wise. It has the most diverse eco-systems on the planet. Too bad the the combination of the last mal legacy of colonialism and the current corruption of spineless and tyrannical leaders has done much to tear the cultures of many of the people there to pieces. Granted, even the societies of Africa though I think are often a bit harshly viewed. There are a number of countries there that have relative prosperity and peace. It's not all bad.

  • @unfortunatebeam so i guess you wish all of africa was still in tribal like communities, following ancient customes that in many cases where conflicting with women's rights, gay rights, disabled people's right etcetra etcetra. Or communities which did not know how to deal with disease? modern day africa would not exist as it is today without colonialism

  • Chuck D's point that Africans should have stereotyped whites 500 years ago is great. Had there been a broad media presence in Africa that could get the word out, I daresay slavery would not have occured to the same extent, as locals would have been ready. :-)
