  • The cyclists here across the Pond in Boston aren't so bad - it's the bicycle couriers that suck - when they're on the sidewalk and they ride by me, I'm tempted to push them off their bikes - the little, stoned, hipster, dumbasses.

  • Lmao. He almost won a darwin award.

  • I'm a cyclist and I love watching this video because it reminds me how stupid London cyclists are. But I also love reading the comments and seeing how many drivers do not understand what they are paying for when they buy that little disc in the post office.

  • What's he in such a rush for?!

  • bet he is from stoke/islington area they all ride like that fuckin dick heads

  • More fixgear bikes on a road. Road is not a race track. Cyclists complain that drivers act crazy, but on that video guy is doing max 40 mph and thinks that he is the fastest person on the planet earth. I've almost kill the moron like that, when I was on the motorbike doing 60. I love to cycle aggressive as well, but you have to slow down when you approaching other people. You are not the only person on this planet !!!

  • its idiots like him that give cyclists a bad reputation

  • What an idiot on the bike

  • And its fine for these twats to go around uninsured, i hope he faceplants onto a manhole.

  • That cyclist was a knob. I hope he was sore for many days afterwards.

  • The idiot who follows him after....

  • I WOULD NEVER RUN TOO MUCH WITH MY BICYCLE.. YOU WANTED TO MAKE AN "ACCIDENT"...?? BE CAREFUL MAN...!

  • Bike couriers, ride like this all the time, search for 'London bike courier race' and you will see. This tosser probably did the same thing the next day.

  • fucking bikers. smh.

  • Fucking moron.

  • kamikazi cyclist!

  • this is why cyclist should be insured to ride on roads, Because will pay out of his own pocket the possible damage he caused to either the bus or the 4x4.. I doubt it.. no it would be down to the owners of the bus company which they could afford but isn't the point as the owner of the 4x4 will be forced to either claim or pay it himself

  • Almost a Darwin award. Keep cycling like that and he'll get one soon. Luckily no bike/ motorbike on the outside @ 0:09. Hopefully a wake-up call.

  • What a complete plank. This is the sort of cycling that ends up painting cycling in a bad light.

  • The cyclist made a stupid move, but at least he was mostly only putting himself at risk. When car drivers make mistakes that serious, it usually hurts or kills an innocent person.

Not only that, but for every cyclist doing stupid shit, there are at least 10 car drivers doing equally stupid shit.

  • What a plant pot. He gives us cyclists bad rep. Not for a million pounds would I try that move. It seems to be the ride to work cyclists that get caught up in this little incidents. And blainyrules hate is such a strong word not all of us are bad.

  • ...And this is why I hate cyclists.

  • Ride like a dick and you'll get phuked.

  • ... And yet another cyclist squeezes down the side of the Bus straight after the accident... @ 0:35! ... Madness!

  • Cyclist at fault there... idiotic riding!

  • good just what i like to see pay back for being a twat

  • Yet no one learnt their lesson as they all passed on the wrong side of the bus and continued to cycle like total twats.

  • The cyclist deserved to get squished!! Shame he didn't!

  • The deserve to splattered fuckin' bawbag

  • I was realy happy till the guy said " oh! hes OK."

  • look at em, comming on the right, on the left, different speeds, from the right to the left, back to the right... maaadness

  • Cyclist, not Biker.

  • Who the fuck drives a pick up truck in London? Is he also wearing his cowboy hat on the way to the brokeback mountain premier? Or maybe he's the lead singer of "The Good Old Boys Band?" He'll probably take the body of the biker home and do the "you've got a pretty mouth" scene from deliverance.

  • @WillShakespeare2007 builders? anglers? people with hobby when pick up truck is handy?

  • thats sweeeetttt justice .

  • Wow!! worst piece of cycle riding EVER

  • Bicycle riders should die. I would love to teabag one while they are choking to death while his helpless kids look on.

  • @tel0j Yeah cos all cyclists are like that. Muppet

  • these are the cyclists that complain about car drivers

  • @BIGBALLSREAD

you don't know what they complain about.

  • If that cyclist died, it would have been his own fault for sure!

  • He rode like an idiot and got his comeuppance. I am fed up being the blame for near misses because of cyclists undertaking at traffic lights and whizzing through like the highway code doesn't apply to them. In dark evenings and mornings some think that having lights fitted is optional. The near misses I have had because some people refuse to spend a tenner on getting lights fitted. If they want to kill themselves then jump off a cliff don't dent my car and give me paperwork to deal with.

  • by the way...this is the eventual fate for any cyclist who thinks filtering is a clever idea

  • totally the fault of the cyclist...this should be shown to all these cyclist vigilantes who ride around Britain with a camera taped to their heads seeking out confrontations with motorists

  • @no1dagboy Don't worry, they've seen it: watch?v=b6Njt_7Hnfk

  • that's what you get when you ride a pushbike on the road but act like you're cycling through the woods

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL shouldve gone to speksavers

  • real men ride women

  • @tiptopsmitty Real men take it up the ass

  • That was entirely his own fault fucking moron lets hope he will never ride a bike again. He could have created a situation that might have caused death to me or my family

  • i think its time cyclists should be forced to complete an extensive cylcling road test, buy compulsary insurance for this sort of stupidity.

  • I wonder if he got his insurance details out? :/ Because HE caused any damage to those two vehicles. Utter pillock.

  • @MrKimmy1986 Another reason why I think cyclists should have to pay road tax and insurance. Granted it should cost bugger all compared to a car or motorcycle but they should still have it.

  • @UK31337 I agree.

  • wow thats gotta be the first time that it was the cyclists fault and not the bus driver lmao XD

  • What a numpty. I'd have beaten the shit out of him if that was my car he scratched.

  • is all boris fault

  • now i am actually a cyclist my self and yet i even think that was stupid

  • @Flamorgan Yes it's a great thing and needs encouragement, really I'd like to know what policy or company your wife is getting to insure her bike for 38 quid a year as I would pay that tomorrow. I was insured years ago for 3rd party and theft but it was considerably more than that so opted not to renew.

  • @Flamorgan this is going on, but to be pedantic the majority of the cyclist in this video are using that cycle lane and more than likely will continue to use it until it is inevitably obstructed by another vehicle. Insurance might not be necessary if cycle lanes are safely isolated from other traffic, I don't think it should be compulsory though but a matter of choice. If the roads were redesigned with cyclists in mind, car driver's wouldn't have altercations or problems with cyclists.

  • @barrygenemurphy and bearing in mind that a lot of cyclists don't pay for accidents with their insurance they unfortunately pay with their lives.

  • @Flamorgan The bus is clearly in that cycle lane and it starts from nowhere and ends abruptly, it is not really a cycle lane, just a line on a road that most vehicles ignore, if there were any cyclist using it they would be squashed. I doubt a motorcyclist would try to squeeze through that gap, I ride motorcycles and you tend not to take risks. The guy in the video is not a typical cyclist, it's not normal to take risks like that.I agree the same rules should apply if the road is fairly shared.

  • Road tax or no road tax, this cyclist did not have the experience to ride in such a laissez-faire manner without expecting that some day something like this would happen. I'm sure he'll learn from this experience and take more care in future.......or a bus!

  • @Flamorgan I do think whoever is culpable should pay for damage regardless of insurance, it might be a good idea to be insured if you didn't want to fork out personally in case you were at fault. In this clip there is a 20m long stripe at the end of the bus lane which could be a cycle lane but the bus is clearly driving in it right up to the curb, and that is usually the reason why cyclists avoid these patchy lanes, they are more dangerous than just filtering through like a motorcycle would.

  • @Flamorgan There are no roadtax!! The link between the annual vehicle tax paid by drivers and the money used to build and maintain roads was abolished in 1937, a process first begun by none other than Winston Churchill in 1926. Since then the money has come from various general and local taxes. Those little discs you put in the windscreen are vehicle excise duty (VED), which based on emissions, meaning ultra-efficient and electric cars, among others, pay nothing.

  • @Flamorgan cycle lanes are great, if cars and busses would stop parking in them, but where is it in this section of road? Also road tax doesn't necessarily pay for cycle lanes, council tax does among other general taxes which everyone pays and sponsorship covers some of it. Also you may pay road tax but the cyclist might earn more than you and hence pay more tax anyway, so the paying more tax moan isn't legitimate and also some cyclists do drive cars and aren't dickheads either.

  • Comment removed

  • @barrygenemurphy but the cyclist in this video does seem to be really stupid

  • can we please stop calling them bikers? bikers ride motorbikes not faggy little pushbikes and wear leathers not skin-tight lycra like a 12 year old Asian gymnast!

  • @IAMTHESHITEHAWK just thank god that people havent started calling bikers cyclists XD

  • @IAMTHESHITEHAWK "Faggy"? A proper man can propel a bike for a good 50-60 miles or more (Audax riders will do 150 in a single day) under their own power. Whilst motorbikes are cool it isnt really a demonstration of strength, resilience or stamina.

  • @downfader2 lol... yes.... faggy...

  • @downfader2 you've obviously never ridden a bike! try battling the wind and rain at 80mph across whole countries in a day and then talk to me about stamina!

  • @IAMTHESHITEHAWK what are you babbling on about? I ride a bicycle every day, minimum 12 miles just commuting.

    Why the homophobia?

  • @IAMTHESHITEHAWK No you are a MOTORbiker because bikers were calling themselves that before you existed.

  • @zivkovicable

no! I'm a biker! if you wanna argue with that I live near Southampton, but you won't last 1 round you faggot!

  • @IAMTHESHITEHAWK Of course head to toe leathers in no way make you look like a member of the village people.

  • @zivkovicable not if you don't wear head to toe leathers which no bikers do!

the uniform is jeans, t shirt, shirt, leather jacket!

  • @IAMTHESHITEHAWK People who can't think for themselves love a uniform. Usually insecure people, that desperately need to be part of a group to validate their own existence.

Your macho posturing, love of leather jackets, & casual homophobia lead me to think that you're not being honest with yourself about your own sexuality.

Must be hard coming out in a provincial backwater like Southampton though.

  • @zivkovicable

I don't come from Southampton (one of the largest cities in Europe!) moron I just live near there!

from your comment i can only assume you are a traffic warden!

also when someone calls you a faggot you need to make up your own diss! using mine back to me in retarded fashion only makes you appear stupider and more in the denial of your inbred homo relationship you have with various members of your family!

if you're not too much of a pussy to fight then where's your town? retard!

  • @IAMTHESHITEHAWK Southampton, one of the largest cities in Europe? What a funny ignorant yokel you are. It's got a smaller population than Milton Keynes, Smaller even than the London borough of Newham. Not Even in the top 200 in Europe. You should get out more.

It's obvious from your anger that you have serious mental health problems. Why don't you put your motorbike away until you get yourself seen too, theres a good chap.

  • @IAMTHESHITEHAWK you make an interesting point about the nomenclature of road users and then spoil it by trying to be insulting, maybe just the point and not the insult next time?

  • @Omni315 get fucked you inbred faggot!

  • @IAMTHESHITEHAWK you realize little to no "cyclists" in this video are wearing lycra?

  • @degnaw OF COURSE! i must be wrong! its the van drivers who wear all the lycra!

  • @IAMTHESHITEHAWK I can see from the video that none of the cyclists are wearing lycra, but I can't see what any van drivers are wearing. For all I know, that's correct.

  • Hope he paid for the damage to the vehicles.

  • bloody hell he was lucky he didnt' get killed!

  • Stupid bus driver and the guy in the truck was out of order. They clearly didn't give him enough room to maneuver.

  • @TheNollieheelflip360 there is no way they could see him coming.

  • @TheNollieheelflip360 yeah sure they saw him comming miliseconds before they moved, you are out of order you think cyclists have more rights to use the roads than the people who have payed shit loads of money to get a driving licence then shit loads more for what they drive plus insurance and you think driver all have eyes in the back of their heads, driving in london is bad enough without morons like that causing more accidents.

  • @TDRrevenge Calm down, I was only Joking. The guy in this video is a prick, but you seem to have beef with all cyclists because you believe we don't pay for the roads...well actually everyone who pays general tax contributes towards it. 'Car tax' which is what you pay, aka vehicle excise duty is a tax on emissions. 'Road tax' doesn't exist anymore, not since 1937 in fact. It's not cyclists who are problem, it's dickheads, both drivers and cyclists.

  • @TheNollieheelflip360 The cyclist shouldn't of even been there. Take your glasses off they are not working.

  • @webboffin Oh cheers for that. I took my glasses off as you kindly suggested and rode full speed inbetween a bus and 4X4...see the video above...this is all your fault!

  • Lol, what an absolute c**t on the bike. I feel sorry for the drivers of this incident, that cyclist had no moral thought of what he was doing. Anybody know if he can still ride a bike?

  • Ah fuck, thought the NHS was getting free blood there. Again people, Give Blood, Run down a cyclist.

  • @jjhaynes23456 - no, run down arrogant people like jjhaynes23456 - probably got more blood in a fat person.

  • @Cyberwwwizard run down the pair of you, some people have eating disorders depresson ect, if overwight people got more excercise riding a push bike is a good way to lose weight just dont ride like the moron in the video who obviously thought he was sonic on a pushbike.

  • @TDRrevenge - yes of course FAT BASTARDS will lose weight by regular cycling - obvious! The guy in the video was pushing his luck just a bit and no way would I be so stupid and niether should anyone else - he really asked for it and got it.

  • what a wanker,hope he learnt his lesson,though i doubt it

  • i know i'm thin but even i wouldnt make that gap!!!!!!

  • The cyclist is in the wrong big time, don't think he'll do it again. Yes he should have insurance, it doesn't cost much. Join CTC and your covered. I also happen to think that cyclists should have some form of formal training before they go on the road. I'm a smug bastard 'cause I've done all that stuff, didn't save me from getting mashed by a car driver who was in the wrong. Should be good for about £15k once he's finished getting sued. Oh and I've driven cars and trucks all over the UK.

  • Lol, just becuase you are on two wheel does not mean you can ignore the rules of the road. Ride/drive like a dick and back shit is going to happen.

  • women are so annoying when something like this happens "OH MY GOD OH MY GOD" they need to calm down they just make it awkward

  • Roads are for motor vehicles dumbass!

  • @gwl1983 Not its not.. Roads were originally made for horse and carts..

Anyways roads of suitable for all modes of transport but its cyclist like these which don't belong on the road...

  • @gwl1983 That's all you can come up with? Read some history and educate yourself. Instead of coming up with 'Dumbass' , why not enlighten everyone on the Internet you seems very knowledgeable on the subject of who 'owns' the road.

  • @MrAnalogue1 All modern day roads are designbed primarily for motor vehicles. Maybe years ago the roads where designed for bicycles and horses but not thesedays. You Sir are the dumbass.

  • @gwl1983 Yes, you can call me all the names you like but the fact is you cannot enlighten anyone but call them dumbass,

  • @MrAnalogue1 I think we both can agree that roads are for motor vehicles not for bicycles. Ok buddy take care.

  • @gwl1983 Roads are also known as Public Highways meaning? Come on now, you know the answer to this one and its not Dumbass.

  • @MrAnalogue1 Yeah it means that any member of the public can use their motor vehicle on them. As long as they're registered, taxed and insured of course.

  • Scared the hell out of the 2 pedestrians too - what was his hurry anyhow??

  • hahaha what a prick of a cyclist! you silly mug! what did you expect!!

  • hhahaha he fucking deserved that

  • holy shit!!! you guys are moving!

  • @gwl1983

Because cars are paying for a priviledge. Bikes were here first and didnt cause the human race to build a special road for them. Cars did, so we tax cars to pay for their special road.

What makes you think that its right to create a road for a vehicle that came along waaaaay after bikes. Where do bikes go? On the pavement? No, pedestrians shove bikes onto the road saying "you shouldn't be on the path!" etc.

So bikes are caught between a rock and a hard place aren't they...

  • @AnaLoGMunKy Bicycles can be on the road but they should have to register their vehicle and have clearly visible number plates. So they can be readily identified if they cause an accident. Plus they should have to pay insurance so when they scrape the side of a car their insurance will cover the damage. But I'm sure if bike owners had to pay for things like that hippies like you wouldn't want to ride anymore.

  • @gwl1983

Hippies like me? Really? How did you decide this?

Oh, is it because I said cars pollute?

Im sure soon you will be agreeing with pedestrian tax and hanging number plates on peoples backs incase they scrape a car so we can identify them. How about Prams? In case they run over someones foot then they can be sued.

So, if bikes shouldnt be on the road... then where do we go?

  • @AnaLoGMunKy Pedestrians and prams arn't on the road so thats a silly arguement. I don't think bicycles shouldn't be allowed on the road at all. I just want them to be registered and insured because they do cause damage and it's often their fault for not obeying the highway code. At the moment bicycles are a bloody liability because they are very rarely held legally responsible for accidents.

  • @gwl1983

What Im talking about is taxing the free forms of transport! We build pavements dont we, so, gonna tax the pedestrians because they use the pavements that the government spends money on repairing? You see what Im getting at here?

Bikes have been around for a long time. Cars came along and made things dangerous!

Cars should pay tax, bikes should not.

Just like any other pedestrian situation, if a cyclist causes damage then get their picture or details and call the police!

  • @AnaLoGMunKy Roads are dangerous because they have moving vehicles on them, cars, motorcycles and bicycles. Anyone who uses a vehicle on the road should be registered and insured because once you're on the road you're a danger to other road users. We all pay for the roads and pavements through council tax anyway, the point is that bicycles take the risk of riding on the roads without the proper cover that protects other road users.

  • London is such a shithole

  • Stupid cyclist.

  • @stevo728822 very silly cyclist

  • The fucking cyclist has caused damage to the bus and the truck but they'll have to pay for the repairs because the cyclist doesn't have any insurance. Fucking cyclist dont pay road tax either, they shouldn't be on the road.

  • @gwl1983 They would have to pay for damage, what if someone's child cycled into a parked car? They would have to pay for it. Also, road tax doesn't exist.

  • @gwl1983

Why are you parroting the same old "cyclists dont pay road tax" line?

Cyclists use a free form of transport. They dont tear up roads and cause road repairs. The dont use fuel or pollute. They dont take up the same space as a car. They are not dangerous in the same way a car is. Cyclists have a right to be on the road. Cars pay for the priviledge.

  • @AnaLoGMunKy

And yes, the guy was a dick for thinking he could squeeze past. Dont lump all cyclists into one group because of this one idiot human being.

  • @AnaLoGMunKy Roads are designed for motor vehicles. Why do you think that bicycles have a right to be on the road without paying for insurance or registration?

  • @gwl1983 Roads are not specifically designed for Motor vehicles except the Motorway. If you don't like other road users ie pedestrians, horses, cyclists etc don't drive on the road, go on the Motorway that's what they are for. By the way, if you are still paying 'Road Tax' I suggest you get a refund.

  • @MrAnalogue1 That is not true and you know it. The roads are designed for motorvehicles, the road markings and the majority of road signs are designed specifically for motorvehicles. There are roads that have contraflow cycle lanes which are specifically designed for bicycles. Pedestrians use the pavements and should not be walking on the road. I've been driving for 12 years and have driven past a horse maybe twice! Im saying bicycle insurance should be mandatory just like car insurance.

  • @gwl1983 OK, show me one legal documnent where it says Roads are designed/for motor vehicles only except the Motorway. You and I both know Motor Vehicles are new addition to the road.

  • @MrAnalogue1 how are motor vehicles new additions to the roads when they have been around since 1859, no not 1959 thats 1859, not exactly new then are they, just saying before you try and bite my head off.

  • @TDRrevenge back when roads were pot holed dirt tracks covered in horse manure but how much have they contributed to having the roads sealed to ride on. Nothing.

  • @gwl1983 How do you know he doesn't have Insurance? Do you know him?

  • shudnt of gone that fast then , belive it or not , that was proberly a good 20-40 mph .. racing bikes an all

  • when i think of biker I think of motorcycle.

  • Cyclists that go on the road with no concern for drivers are mad.

  • @UnitedCommunists TRAITOR FAGGOT!

  • @UnitedCommunists traitor!

  • stupid cyclist!!!!! If i were the motorists i would be suing him for any damage..... and yes i am a cyclist.... people like him give us a bad name.... what a fool....

  • What an idiot

  • That's a nice fucking truck.

But yeah, that cyclist was a prick. I like to cycle around sometimes, but not like a guy who is asking for death.

  • i have every respect for cyclists on the road, but if i drove my car like this cyclist i too would probably have an accident

  • love it when people get what thay deserve

  • oh and of course its the motorists fault, nothing to do with the twat cyclist not even giving others a chance to see him, nooo that would be too easy

  • @MrGetreal2 There are good cyclists and bad cyclists..... bicycle couriers are some of the worst.

They have little regard for any rules of the road.

  • @MrGetreal2 Not at all. Cyclist seemed to be at fault there: cycling without due car and attention. His own fault, and lucky he didn't hurt someone else.

  • @MrGetreal2

    nobody's saying it's the motorist's fault.

    that was reckless cycling.

there is no point in your sarcasm.

  • now who is going to pay for any damage if he was driving a car he would be done with leaving the scene of an accident or whatever its called this is why the law has to change to make cyclists have insurance

  • He wont be cycling like a prick again. Well deserved!!!!!!

  • I know this road (Old Street/Clerkenwell Road) and used to commute it by Bicycle and I would never have done this sort of maneuver, I am really not suprised by this, as I;ve seen it soo many times, these crazy cyclist really do put themselves in danger then blame everyone else when something goes wrong. They really are a selfish bunch and need to learn that they are not No.1 where everyone should bow down to them, when it comes to road use.

  • I lold

  • Fuck me, sod driving a car on those streets with all those bikers, tell me how a driver is suppose to keep his eyes on the friggen road with twats on either side of you and behind you?! STICK TO THE FUCKING RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD, (P.S IN THE BIKE LANE?)

  • These guys are fixie hipsters who are worse than the cyclists you see on road bikes (expensive carbon fibre/alum bikes). There's a reason they're called hipsters.

  • bike rider got what he deserved run them all over pricks

  • So bikers want to be treat with respect?

Try obeying some road laws like the other traffic that actually have to pay for the use of british highways. He was dangerous, irresponsible and didnt care about anything otherr than where HE wanted to go and the following cam-person is just as bad!!

  • @turboflash666 ''dangerous, irresponsible and didnt care...'' absolutely accurate description of this idiot...

But please don't let this courier taint your respect towards other cyclists that do obay the rules.

Also, it's worth pointing out, Road Tax (properly known as Vehicle Excise Duty) is an 'emissions tax', not a tax on 'using the road'.

  • @turboflash666 I agree, he is an idiot rider but everyone is paying for the road, your so called 'road tax' does not exists and that sticker you put on your windshield is a tax on pollution!. Have a look at Toyota Prius, Hybrid cars and in fact any vehicles over 25 years old and they pay £0 on your so called 'road tax'. Will you ask them to pay for the road then?

  • sick and tired of reading all these lame ass dimwitted 'bike twat' this and 'got what he deserved' that. Try riding a bike yourself, if youve even got enough muscles left to peel yourself off your lazy ass, then see how you like being treated on the road. I dont ride like these people, i respect road laws and other road users, but i still get treated like crap by others. Next time some ass hat driving a car carves me up (it happens more than riders cut up cars) that twat is losing a window.

  • The cyclist is a complete idiot, sooner or later all cyclist s will need insurance and registartion and a Test due to this kind if thing

  • The cyclist deserved it. Gave the poor bus driver no warning whatsoever.
