dude, most of those pictures look like they're from the 30s or 40s, way before Texas Western beat Kentucky. Let's see some pictures of Mason's team from back then and see if there's any difference.
That would be difficult, since neither George Mason University nor George Mason College existed at that time... we've always been progressive, since 1957 ;)
fair enough, though i guess it was a lot easier to be progressive when your school didn't exist until the civil rights movement.

A lot of those photos are way older than 30 years. And not many universities were integrated back in the day when those were taken.
