i think what you mean by the whole 'if you have multiple home pages" thing is that if you have a buncha pages filled up w apps and stuff, it'll go to the VERY FIRST page.

ok for those wondering why 1.1.5 upgrade doesn't work, here it is:

1) Upgrade to 2.0 version first and then upgrade from itunes to 2.2

2) Use 'Quick Pwn' to jailbrake ur ipod/iphone

3)it's simple, if u want to find software, use YT to get links from vids

4)It's got Cidya and Installer

5)I'm not sure about ur music &other stuff after upgrade...

to get 2.2 you need the ipod touch 2g, hence the 2.2, with the 1g you can only have updates such as 1.1, 1.6 and so on.

Hey, I just got mine today, for free, and I did the update when I got home, and on the OLD iPod touch, not the same ipod, but the 1st G, I could connect to a wireless hotspot with no problems, however, I tried this on the 2nd G, and it worked, but, without the update of 2.2, so, when I did the update 2.2, it seems as if the Wireless Connector is wrong or something...... hope apple fixes this, I will try it on another network or hotspot when I can, then I will reply back, but pleas,e help us.

the 2.1 update to put apps and other stuff on an ipod touch comes free with second generation ipod touch. The 2.2 (this) update is then free if you have the 2.1. If you buy an old ipod touch you'll have to pay for the 2.1 update.

dude, its simple. if you have a SECOND GENERATION iPOD TOUCH, you get the update for free. If you have a FIRST GENERATION iPOD TOUCH, you will pay 9.99.

So basically, if u have version 1.1.4 and want to upgrade, u'll pay 10 bucks. If you have version 2.1.1, you can get the update to 2.2 for free.

hey drummer, for the home shortcut button update thing i think it means that if you have like 7 pages of icons on your itouch and dont feel like scrolling back all the way till you get the the very first page of icons, u just press the home button and it'll automatically take you to the first page :]
