The tune is a Japanese tune called "Kitaguni noharu" meaning,"Spring of North Country" made famous by a Japanese enka singer Masao Sen.

is this erhu? erhu usually don't have dragon heads

All you have to do is just carve them on while making the instrument lol. You can buy Erhu's with the dragon head. They are usually the more expensive high quality ones.
