and he tries to get out of there and some guys are examining the damage and hulk goes to the labratory where he confronts a scientist who fires a gun at him.......RIGHT?
So the basic episode is about scientist bruce banner and he's testing a gamma ray but a fellow scientist is arguing and i have no idea what part the mustach guy and his daughter play in this episode and bruce sees a teenager go into the testing area with a few measly seconds before the bomb goes off and just as bruce gets the teenager to safety the bomb goes off and bruce consumes so much gamma rays that when the teenager gets him to a doctor he turns into the hulk and he pounds the walls down
hmm guys do you know why did that first episode of the incredible hulk was made by stan lee i think this is the reasons why stan lee just made the incredible hulk do you know why this is the answer:stan lee payed a tentation about very closely to einstein and scientists theory of cosmic holes that spit out gamma radiation a.k.a gamma ray so he payed tention closely to scientists gamma ray theory so he put that on his new comic years ago and created literally incredible hulk history
Hulk himself was influenced by 3 movie monsters like Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde, Frankenstein's monster and The Wolf-Man according to Stan Lee. Banner is like Dr. Jekyll, Frankstein and the Wolf-Man's ego
@mordecairocks2 It was not until about hulk 315 written by Byrne, that marvel finally went with the hulk being grey when he first apperered. Up to then, The policy was he was green from day one, and just asked the fans to ignore the grey used in issue 1.They may have intended it to have originally been grey with marvel tales 1, but ignored that for a good 20 years.
wikipedia says hulk's voice was max ferguson, and banner's voice was paul soles, and narrator was bernard cowan. ferguson and soles and cowan were canadians. this group of superhero cartoons ( which included hulk,& captain america,& iron man, & submariner, & thor) were a canadian series. many voices in these series are canadian. soles likewise did voice of spider-man in 1960s cartoon series. canadian accents tend to be much like northern u.s. accents, & yet there are differences.
it's great having these videos on youtube. i watched the hulk and similar cartoons on tv a lot when i was a kid in 1970s. they're primitive compared to today's cartoons, & yet they have a nostalgic flavor.
@SimplyChuck1 if you look into the recent publications about the nature/origins of the incredible hulk you would understand that there are many "types of mutants" that are present in the Marvel Comic Universe, the first and most popular one is the "X-Gene" which surfaces/manifest at puberty that mutants like the X-Men have however another "Mutant Gene" also is present called "the Gamma Gene" a variation of the "X-Gene" the Gamma Gene is only activated by the first time ex poser to Gamma rays.
it's a bit hard to tell what the voice says around :10. i think she says, "ain't he unglamorate". i think "unglamorate" would mean the same as "unglamorous". "unglamorate" would mean "having no glamor", in the same way that "unfortunate" would mean "having no fortune."
Thx for posting these! They are very nostalgic for me. As a young kid in the early 80's, my father was a lounge musician & summers were spent "on the road" with my parents. B4 the month in AC, NJ, they did the Poconos. We stayed in a small motel in the middle of nowhere. It had only a small "game room" w/3 arcade games & a pool that was closed 1/2 the time. I looked forward to watching this every morning.
I love this cartoon, in which they just put up panels from the original comics (drawn by Kirby or Ditko!!), animating only the mouths, eyes, and occasionally waving an arm. At that point, animation in general had long since completely collapsed into something sickening to watch, so the idea of simply putting the comics themselves on the screen was actually brilliant.
WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CONTRARY FROM IGOR...Besides a countdown...and the fact the Banner ran out into the middle of a bomb test site without telling anyone...
WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CONTRARY FROM IGOR...Besides a countdown...and the fact that Banner ran out into the middle of a bomb test site without telling anyone...
That General is one angry dude! He's either constipated or has bad high blood pressure. Ready to spit nails if he doesn't get his way. And that totally un-P.C. line about "This is man talk" . . . damn . . . modern women would have kicked that General in the nuts.
I love the kid at 2:35, just sitting there in a Jeep playing the harmonica out in the desert: "This is the life, me all stoned and playin' my harp! Whoa Doc! Like, don't harsh my mellow, Dude!" "OK then, die you Goddamn dirty hippie! Probably a friggin' draft dodger too! These kids today, all hopped up on "goofballs" or snorting acid and shooting that pot!"
I realize there is a "cheesy" factor to this old cartoon, but there is still something fun about older cartoon than today's cartoons. They were simply more entertaining.
really amazing unfortunately pretty much better that the crap shown on tv nowadays
at first i didnt belive it but the cartoon from this generation can really damage your brain what happend ? and waths the point of that ? make people more stupid that already is at least there are many good anime shows that arent so toxic for people that enjoy cartoons and animation
Us kids from the 1960's watched really good animation from years back. We knew what cheap animation was. Even the flintstones moved more than this. But we watched out of loyalty to our heros.

I loved when the characters crossed over, like when they would show The Avengers with Captain America, Iron-Man, Ant-Man (also Giant-Man, Goliath) Wasp, The Hulk and Thor. Later on with Hawkeye, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch. Just incredible!
Wow what drama: " Can the Hulk survive a single bullet shot from a nerdy scientist?" yeah he can lift mountains and jump right over them...but when it comes to a revolver shot his ass is toast. :D :D :D :D LOL!!!!!! OH sorry there were TWO shots....now that changes everythig. XD
I know the early Hulk wasn't as strong as the recent one, his powers were limited. He did 1 on 1 with the Thing and Spider-man, in fact Spider -man beat him twice ( first with cosmic powers, then with dr. Samson)Now his powers are limited only by his rage and only 1 being, the Sentry could match him.(not counting Galactus)
Origins of the hulk: Born in Austria in 1947, he first came to prominence as a bodybuilder. It's funny. In the original comic the hulk was grey or sometimes blue because back then printers couldn't properly print grey. It always made me laugh. Ol BlueSkin.
Security was rather shockingly lax back in this era.

thanks for clearing that up. My first response was to immediately ask, "Did they say 'Ever Lovin' Hulk!" !?!? Sure enough, they did.

It's funny. In the original comic the hulk was grey or sometimes blue because back then printers couldn't properly print grey. It always made me laugh. Ol BlueSkin.

You can tell that they used the panels from the comic. All they really did was move the limbs and mouths.
