Are you naturally flexible because it seems that your realyl flexible for just training for four months. What stretches do you reccomend to increase back flexibility?
Your contortion skills just amaze me...fascinate me. I get back aches just watching you, but so admire your ability to do that. Good job. I guarantee I will NOT try that at home. There would be no one to call 911 for me.

well ive been flexible my whole life.. but i started my training about 5 months ago and posted the video a month ago.. sooo id say 4 to 5 months.. but of course ive been doing some hard training lately. so im better than in the video.
I had to double-check to see where you said you're not a professional, you don't have a personal trainer, you simply do this because it's fun and you enjoy it ... because your skill set is off the charts!
