The reason you never see Invoker in tournaments is cause he's probably one of the most banned heroes in the whole game. Whenever he gets through the first ban stage in DotA 2 or original DotA he is first picked and just dominates the game. He's by far the strongest hero in the whole game if you know how to play him.

I don't get why people consider clinkz so much epic hero. I think he sucks. Incredibly low hp/survival skills, low base damage, no cc, needs crapload of farm to actually do something in a teamfight. I just don't think he's so good. For ks yes, but personally I'd rather pick drow or sniper for that matter.

@Kubik00 Actually Clinkz is one of the few carries that don't need any item to rape you, he just needs levels. More than once I saw a Clinkz beating the help of everyone with just a power treads. And he has a great escape mechanism (i think that it only loses to weaver's and, of course, blink heroes). And yet more, the low HP is true, but once you hit lvl 6 you can eat one neutral and easily get tons of hp plus damage. Like i said earlier, Clinkz is all about level.

You can get more stats than a wraith band for a a cheaper price. All depends on whether you don't mind taking up the inventory space

@Nathankthanks My starting items are either going to be components of a Wraith band with healing + mana regen items, I prefer to just straight get the Wraith Band, I don't hold with buying iron branches only to sell em later.

@Nathankthanks I do agree I can get more stats for my money early, but getting the Wraith band saves me money in the long run that's just fact and as long as you don't fail in lane it works out fine.

@RageGamingVideos wraith band however doesnt let you have as much regen or stats, but it's not that bad i guess, cause you seem to always get matched with people who don't quite even understand the game, such as the 0 true support heroes this game on the enemy team, and clinkz shouldnt be mid if you have a tinker on your team btw, you should probably be in the safe lane, seeing as youre the hard carry
